Twitter Girl (Out Now!)

*Avery's POV*

So I've been wondering for the past month if I am in fact Zayn's mystery girl. I mean Harry is in love with my best friend so it'd just make sense wouldn't it? Oh by the way nothing more has been said between Harry and Ocean. They haven't tweeted eachother at all in the past month. Ocean is to nervous to say something wrong. But the fans are still in a hissy fit let me tell ya. Going crazy! Ocean's gotten a lot of followers on Twitter and a lot of hate. She just laughs it off though. Nothing really bothers her. She's so used to hate and everything it's nothing new.

But however much I wonder if I'm Zayn's mystery girl I don't say anything about it on Twitter. I'm not sure if I'm her or not. I'm honestly not getting my hopes up that much. I don't really need to have the hate from fans and everything so that's why I'm kind of not excited about the thought of whether or not I'm Zayn's mystery girl.

"Avery come on!" Ocean yells from outside my window

I look out and see her sitting on the tree branch with her backpack on her back. I smirk at her and grab my backpack yell down to my parents that I'm leaving and climb out my window onto the branch. We climb down the tree and walk to the back yard.

"Why'd you climb the tree?" I ask as we walk down the sidewalk

"Cause I felt like it," she says

I laugh at her and roll my eyes "I didn't even get breakfast,"

"Sucks to be you," she says

"It does suck to be me," I say holding my stomach as it growled in frustration.

We got to school and went to our lockers and our first class. I have to admit I feel sorry for our teachers. They have to put up with us in the same class. And we're not the best students. Well at least not when it comes to listening. Grade wise we do alright. But teachers only have another two weeks to deal with us.

"Avery Rose!" the teacher yelled

I snapped out of my thoughts and turned to look at him.

"Care to tell us what you were thinking about instead of following along in the book with the rest of the class?" she asked looking at me over her glasses.

"It's probably just One Direction again," a guy in my class said.

"No for your information I was thinking about your face!" I said

"Oh really?" he asks winking

"Yeah really. I was thinking about if that's what your face looks like I'd like to see your butt," I said

The class started laughing as the guy looked like he could punch me. Ocean reached over and high fived me and we sat laughing.

"Ocean Olsen! Avery Rose to the principles office now!" the teacher yells

"Why me? I didn't do anything!" Ocean says

"Because you encouraged her now go," the teacher says pointing to the door

Ocean and I stand up and walk to the doorway with the sound of the giggles of our classmates. The door slammed shut and we started cracking up laughing.

"We're so naughty," she says

"I'm so mean," I say

"How many times has it been this month?" she asks

"I don't know like three," I say laughing

We walk into the office and the secretaries turn to look at us.

"What'd you do this time?" Mrs. Briggs asks us

"Ah the usual," Ocean says shrugging and plopping down in the chair.

"Don't get to comfortable," Mrs. Briggs says "He's waiting for you guys,"

"But he didn't even know we were coming down!" I say

"Yeah but he leaves this period open because Mrs. Boss is the only teacher that sends you down. And you get sent down a lot," she says

"Oh gee the principle just expects us to show up in his office at this point," Ocean says standing up

We walk into the principle's office, close the door behind us and sit in the chairs.

"What'd you do this time?" he asks

"All I said was one little comment," I said

"Did you really insult Mrs. Boss's big nose again?" he asks

"No! Believe or not it was to another student," I say

"What'd you say?" he asks giving me the look

"I was daydreaming in class and Mrs. Boss snapped me out of it and this guy made a smart remark and I said that I was thinking if that's what his face looked like I'd like to see his butt," I say rolling my eyes

"Well if that's all," he says "You get detention,"

"I get detention just from that?" I ask

"Do I get detention too?" Ocean asks

"Yes Mrs. Boss gets mad if I don't punish you two in some way. Yes Ocean you do too because you were sent down for a reason," he says

"Okay thanks Mr. Stein," I say standing up

"Your welcome," he says handing us our detention slips

We walk back to the classroom and walk in. Our classmates turn their heads to watch us as we take our seats and Mrs. Boss smiles when we show her our detention slips.

I pulled out my phone and hid it behind my book as Mrs. Boss started talking again.

I chuckled and put my phone away before I got in trouble again. Just two more weeks Avery. Just two more weeks and you're out of here.
