"See! Told you guys it would work!"

Though Ankhseram was there, he just seemed like a lightened outline of a person.

"So..." Natsu hummed.

"You come here to find me and you don't have anything to say!?"

Natsu chuckled and rubbed the back of his head, "Well...see...I just have one...little, tincy wincy favor I need to ask of you..."

"A favor?!" Ankhseram boomed. "You dare ask me for a favor!?"

"Hm? Why not? Okay, okay...here it goes. I was wondering," Natsu cleared his throat. "would you possibly take away Zeref's curse?"

"Oh? Zeref's curse - why, of course! I'll take away his curse and then give him some cake so he can be on his way!" Ankhseram growled. "No way."

"Why not?" Natsu frowned.

"You realized that your brother committed a great taboo in human life, correct? It can't happen! And I never allow it!"

"Well...I'm here," mused Natsu. "and it happened twice."

"Yes, yes. I'm aware that you revived yourself," sighed Ankhseram. "honestly, out of all history I've been here, the line of Dragneel's have caused me the most grief! One started it and then the rest of that family decide to follow in that one ancestor's footsteps! Where does all this ignorance and insubordination come from!?"

"Runs in the family?" Natsu pondered. "Listen, Ankserham-"

"Ankhseram," corrected the god.

"I just have to sort some crap out? Okay? I haven't done anything-"

"You rejuvenated yourself, twice."

"Zeref! He did it...both times, actually."

"No he did not. You two are even in bringing the dead back to life."

"Whatever."

Ankhseram heaved an irritated sigh, "Even if I wanted to get rid of it, you still need a few things to make it gone for good. But I'm not agreeing."

"Take a look at all the things that he did as a child," Natsu was only bluffing, he only remembered a little bit of his past with Zeref, but he hoped..."if you do, you can see I need him. And heck knows you know what's going on around the world. I need his help to stop it."
