Waking up I don't know what to do. Normally I would wake up, and sit in bed for awhile thinking, until I finally decided to get up and get breakfast, starting my day. But now every thing was different.

Sure I could still wake up and think but I've had too much time to think and now that was the last thing I wanted to do. I didn't want to let the horrendous thoughts cloud my mind anymore than they already had.

But I couldn't just wake up and walk down stairs getting my regular bowl of lucky charm. Waiting for Rylee to burst through the door and yell at me for not being ready by now.

Playfully arguing with me as we made our way upstairs to my room. Parting ways when I go into the bathroom to brush my teeth and hair, while she goes strait to my closet finding me something to wear. I couldn't just do that now. In fact I didn't know what to do. Not only was waking up different but so was my life now.

"Good morning." A voice says almost on cue breaking my thoughts.

I move my head to where the voice came from. I knew it was Dr.Neal his voice was to recognizable to me at this point.

"Good morning." I reply.

"Did you sleep well?" He asks making small talk. I nod my head knowing he was probably looking over at me.

"That's good."  He says beginning to write something down. The sound of his pen clearly heard.

"What am I suppose to do?" I ask. "How am I suppose to go through the day?"

"That's why i'm here, Cameron. Today Mrs. Warllin is coming."

I give a look of confusion. How did this have anything to do with what I asked? I think.

"Shes a specialist. She is coming to show and teach you how to get through these days. Until we can hopefully ensure your vision to come back. She'll be here soon." He finished.

Nodding my head I agree with the plans. Happy they were being made.

"Can I have some food" I ask noticing I hadn't eaten much in the past couple of days I had been awake. And probably nothing in the weeks I was out.

"Yeah I'll call in a nurse to bring you some food." He says.

"Can't I go to the cafeteria." I ask confused as to why I couldn't go myself.

"I don't think its the best idea in your condition."

"I know I can't see but can't some one just lead me there?" I ask puzzled. I wanted to leave the room. The room I had been stuck in and the room I will be stuck in for awhile.

"Its not just that If you don't remember you have bruised ribs that wont like the movement of walking or anything for that matter." He says calmly. Putting down my idea.

I don't argue knowing he's right. It hurt just to shift in my bed. How could I have waken to the cafeteria?

"I'll call in a nurse?" He asks in a questioning tone.

Nodding my head I say yes.

"Okay." He says as he walks out shutting the door behind him.

In less than five minutes a nurse came in and asked what I wanted.

"Do you have lucky charms." I asked excitedly wanting some so badly.

"I'm sorry I don't think so." she reply crushing my excitement.

"What do you have." I ask.

" Fruit, bagels, toast, oat meal, eg-"

"Can I please have a bagel and an apple." I interrupt unhappy with options.

"Sure." She says leaving.

Within less than a minute the door opens. I move my head over to where the sound of the door opened.

"That was fast." I say smiling , eager to get my food.

"Hello my names Grace Warllin." The unfamiliar voice says. My cheeks begin to burn of embarrassment. Remembering the doctor said that she'd be here soon I smile and give her my name. No one speaks. I hear papers shuffle and things being moved, open and shut again and again.

All though I cant see her I can just picture what she might have looked like. Not personal things like the color of her eyes or hair. But I could tell what shed be wearing. Based on the way she spoke and the importance the doctor put her out to be. I could tell she would be the type of women to wear the nice polished and shined black heels with the tight pencil skirt showing off her curves in a sophisticated manor. Along with a nice white blouse and maybe a jacket that would have matched the skirts material. With this she probably had her hair in a bun of some sort.

She was like every other working lady. To me they all looked the same. Nothing really made them stand out. Just like the men always wore suits. It was an every day thing. I know cause my mom seemed to own nothing but her work clothes. And my dad always had on a suit. That was if I saw him thought the day. I could have been wrong but I heavily doubted it.

"So your suppose to show me how to do things?" I ask. Confused a little. All at once the shuffling and movement cease to a silence.

"Yes, Yes I am." She says.

"How?" I ask. Wondering what exactly she would show me.

"You'll see."

"When?" I ask.

"Soon."

"when?"

"SOON!" She says obviously agitated by my arguing. Just by the way she snapped at me I could tell she didn't really like kids. Let alone the ones that could argue. Based off of this I could tell she didn't have any kids. Maybe that was a good thing.

"Were waiting for some one else to arrive." She finished. Her tone calming down.

"Who? Dr.Neal never mentioned that any one else  would be coming." I argue.

"Do you always ask so many questions." She asks.

"Only when i'm curious."

"So your curious all the time."

"Aren't we all?"

"Ahhh curious and smart." She says as though figuring out everything she needed to know. I smile beginning to blush.

"So who else is coming?" I ask getting back on topic.

"Dr.Klay." She says.

Another doctor. Why? I think.

"He's a therapist." She says as though reading my thoughts. Answering my questions.

"Why is a therapist coming?" I ask. She doesn't answer. The door opens again.

"Here you go." Some one says. Putting a plate beside me. Knowing it was the nurse who went to get me food I say thank you and begin to eat my food. Leaving no time for me to continue to interrogate Mrs. Warllin.
