Till Death (Part 1)

Damion ran to Amara kneeling down next to her. He looked in horror as he saw the blood, then looked at Scott. "What did you do?!" Damion yelled out. Scott never took his eyes off her, he just sat there rocking her back and forth. "She told me to." He barely said as he sobbed. Amara eyes were barely open, she went to grabbed Damion' hand and he held it firmly. "Please don't leave me." Damion said who was also starting to cry. "I love both of you." Artemis and Raphael knelt down, Artemis kissed Amara' forehead as a tear ran down her face. "Do you forgive me?" She asked her dying daughter. "I-I forgave you a long time ago." Those words alone made Artemis heart hurt.
She didn't deserve forgiveness, Damion held his mother's hand. "We both do." He said turning and looking at his mother. Raphael looked at Scott with sadness, he didn't want to show any emotion, he didn't want to feel vulnerable. Scott moved out the way and slid Amara to his father, he held her on his lap. He saw that life was slowly leaving her. It crushed him, but he held it together. "Hi." She said weakly. Her voice broke and Raphael could practically hear and feel the pain she was in. "Hey baby girl." He said softly, just then as he looked at her all he saw was her as a baby. His baby. That did it, that was the moment he broke. The tough, firm, and the man everyone was scared of...broke. He held onto her tighter and cried. Just then her body goes limp, and her eyes close.
Raphael looked at her and shook his head. "No. No. Come back. Come back to me." He whispered over and over again to Amara. Scott quickly left the room wanting to be alone. Damion, Artemis, and Scott felt Amara's power leave them, and they felt empty inside. It was at that moment, that there would be nothing that can ever fill it again. Damion turned to his mother and hugged her tightly crying into her shoulder, Artemis started crying and held him.
Scott went downstairs and sat against the wall, he just stared into the abyss thinking about all the people who had died around him. Amara, Aiden, Boyd, Allison. He was tired of people dying, and getting hurt around him. Scott didn't see it coming, a fist coming his way and landing right in his face. Scott fell over and looked up to see Theo standing in front of him. "Hey Scott. it's been awhile." He grabbed Scott shirt and through him against the lockers. Everyone heard the sounds and started running out the door. Damion made it through, but then the doors closed back. Damion looked behind him to see Jeremy standing there smiling. "Hey Birdman." He said leaning against the door. He then put mountain ash in front of the door, but before Damion could stop him something was holding him back. It was stronger than he was, he turned around to see who it was but it wasn't a who, but a what. Berserker.
