The Twins were the last to exit the room, Trenton turned around and winked at me, he had a brilliant smile. He really should think about becoming a model, if he wasn’t one already; I would buy all of his pictures. The door closed and I was left alone with my Izbel. I turned towards Izbel. I knew she seen the question on my profile.

“What?” Izbel asked “Don’t look at me like that.” She turned around to go to her red canopy bed. She decorated it with red veils coming down on all four sides, it was beautiful.

“Who are they Izbel?” I asked her.

“You’ll find out soon enough, Skie.” She crooned, she sounded agitated. I was also getting agitated, I wanted to know things, I wanted my questions answered, and there was too many of them. All of a sudden there were things happening and new people and no one will tell me who they are or even what was happening.

“What do you mean? Izbel, I want to know now.” I yelled and stomped my foot like a little child. I regretted stomping my foot after I had already done it.

“Sorry, but I have homework, meaning you need to get out.” She smiled, but it wasn’t a happy smile. It was like an animal grinning. Weird, so I made up my mind that I was just going to go to my room. I left out, but being as spiteful as I was, I left the door open; I knew she would tell me to close it.

“You left the door open!” She yelled. I kept walking to my room, pretended as if I didn’t hear her yell twice to close her door. I was about to my bedroom door when Izbel popped her head out of her door and yelled.

“I really wish you would stop being so stupid.” Izbel hollered, I could feel her eyes scorching my back, I could feel her anger, and it made me laugh all the way until I stepped inside my door, I began to close it, but I heard my dad’s voice downstairs. I walked to the glossy railing and glanced over. My father was on the phone yelling softly; he was highly upset. Yet again, I could feel the anger radiating off of him.

“No, we do not need his help… you don’t even know if she really will change,” he stated, I thought that I had enough of getting caught eavesdropping on others conversation. “Fine…Fine, if he come he better not bring any funny business. I will throw him outside, on his ass, in a heartbeat. Do you understand what I’m saying to you Caleb?” After a few seconds had passed, my father finally said "yeah” and hung up. My father started up the stairs and I ran into my room, and softly closed the door. What a day, I was ready to go to sleep and pray that I could learn how to stop eavesdropping by tomorrow.

I could feel the rays of sun peeking into the windows telling me good morning and to wake up, it was Saturday; a beautiful day. The rays pulled me out of bed yawning and stretching; I never felt the rays of the sun so hot on my skin. I could actually feel them prickling and dancing on my pores. As I glanced out my window I could see the clouds drifting in slowly.

I got ready, cleaned up, and went downstairs. As I walked toward the kitchen I could smell the manly cologne of Gergio Armani. It was not my father’s cologne; there was another man in the house. To my surprise, as I walked into the dining room, Dezmin sat in one of tan chairs around our long square table with a white cloth spread over it. Dezmin turned around with that cocky smile I seen yesterday. I would love to kiss the man that owned that cocky smile. I felt a pull to him, as if I knew him forever.

            “What?” Dezmin asked me.

“Don’t what me, you’re in my house, I should be asking you “what?” I snapped, I didn’t know what made me snap so quickly, but whatever it was it scary. I shouldn’t have said it that way. “What are doing in my house?” My mom brought in a plate full of sausage and gravy and sat it in front of Dezmin. What in the world was going on was all I was thinking about to myself.
