The phrase "Tsuki ga kirei desu ne" (cant write Japanese lol) came from a famous Japanese novelist called Natsume Souseki, and according to him, it can mean "I love you" as well. It's a subtle and lyrical way to confess your love~

Enjoy the update~!

It was one of those nights again.

Where you layed peacefully on your bed, with the covers of the warm blanket wrapping around your form comfortably. The night was cold, yet it wasn't enough to make you shiver, and pull the hem of the blankets further up your face. It wasn't unbearably hot too, the temperature was enough to render a person drowzy with sleepliness. Yes, it was the perfect night to sleep. The serene silence made it possible for the usually noisy cicadas to shut up, and still....

You could not close your eyes.

Here you lay, the moonlight's ray passing over your frown.

You couldn't shut the voices from your head.

You couldn't stop the once in a while, empty feeling from overwhelming your still form.

Miserable, you felt. Disgusted at yourself, for the sole trigger for these helplessness to shake your stone heart, was you, and only you.

You narrowed your eyes at the ceiling, and lifted your hand up to let them fall lifelessly on your chest. And then, you clenched the blanket that protected your clothed chest, where your void of a heart rested.

Think of nothing, you whispered to yourself.

......

Oh, if only depression could be suppressed easily with a method like this. Of course, the voices stopped, yet the souless feeling inside you still remains.

So there you layed, empty and lifeless.

But you see, you were tired of being helpless. Oh how you wish you had enough willpower and motivation to rid of these negative emotions.

You couldn't do anything about it, and you hated it.

"Hah...." You sighed exasperatedly, before casually scratching the back of your head as you groggily sat up.

Ah-ah, how you greatly loathed this troublesome mind of yours. It made you want to be more of a doll than you are now, stripped off from these so called feelings and emotions. You were halfway to that kind of state, which is pretty bad.

At times like this, the only thing you could do was, find a simpler method to calm your pounding heart, and give clarity to your storming mind.

And so, you finally ripped the blanket off from you, and frustratingly went out of the small apartment you lived in.

You gently creaked open the door, before pushing it aside as the dim light the moon provided enveloped your whole body.

"...... It's cold.. Just a little though." You whispered to no one in particular as the breeze of the night gently brushed your face.

You sloppily head to the balcony of the whole second floor, your disheveled locks flowing and swaying with the wind.

Thankfully, as your crossed arms slumped themselves on the terrace railings, you managed to calm down.

You sighed again as you burrowed your head on the nest-like structure your cozy, sleeved arms made.
