The day was still bright... We walked, and walked. I couldn't get the screams out of my ears. I now didn't know what to do... I just kept on walking, with Janessa, Caleb, and Jade.
"Can we rest?" Caleb asked.
"Sure..." I said.
I sat down on a boulder while the others sat on the grass. I sat there not saying anything. I and the others were all speechless.
"Where are the careers?" I asked.
Caleb looked up at me, "What?"
"Where are the careers?" I asked again.
"Pretty far away," He responds.
"How can you do that?" Janessa asked.
"I was born with it... Telepathy," He says.
"What about you Jade?" I ask.
"I was born with the intelligence to create anything smart within one or two minutes," Jade says.
"Wow," Janessa says.
I stayed silent while nodding my head.
"So does that mean that's your weapon. Here in the games, is that your weapon?" I ask.
"It's very useful, as we can outsmart the careers with it. We could call it a weapon," Caleb says.
"Why are you asking us this?" Jade asks.
"Well, there could be a possibility of us escaping the arena, we could hijack the career's plan of killing us. We use their plan to kill them," I say.
"It makes a statement..." Caleb says.
"I'm serious," I say.
"Okay... We could take their plan... But then what? What happens after?" Janessa asks.
"I don't know... I don't want to be the one who starts it first..." I say.
"We need to stop viewing each other as enemies," Jade says.
"But no matter what, they'll kill us all if we don't fight," Janessa says.
"Then so be it... Sillitoe has to know we're going to try our best, dead or alive. It'll make a memory of the remaining people trying to slip through the cracks, and killing her," I say.
"Then let's lower the population... Let's kill the careers," Janessa says.

"HELLO???" Janessa yells.
"GET YOUR ASSES OUT HERE!!!" Caleb says.
We all turn and look at Caleb, and stair at him.
"Too dirty?" He asks.
We turn back around. And kept searching for the left over careers.
"WE KNOW YOU'RE ALL OUT HERE, AND WE WONT STOP SEARCHING UNTIL YOU'RE ALL DEAD!!!" I yell.
"YOU PLANNED TO KILL US, AND INSTEAD YOU KILLED OUR FRIENDS!!!" Janessa yells.
"AND NOW, WE NEED TO GET EVEN!!!" Jade yells.
We stayed quiet to see if we could hear the careers.
"You guys... It getting dark," Caleb says.
I look at the sky, and the sun is going down. I guess we'll have to kill them tomorrow.
"Alright... Someone make a fire," Janessa says.
