Steve changed into his Captain America suit and walked to the conference room. He wondered what Fury wanted them for. It was probably for a mission. No. If Fury wanted him for a mission, he wouldn't have called all of the Avengers. Unless there was another Loki or Ultron incident. Which hopeful there wasn't.
"Jarvis do you know what the meeting is about?" Steve asked.
"No Steve. Fury didn't give any explanation," said Jarvis "But I do know that it is about a person. A girl."
"A girl?" Steve asked.
"Yes a girl. The girl is special in some way and she lives around this area," Jarvis explained. "Some enemies are looking for her to do some experiments on her. I think Fury wants you and the Avengers to look for her."
"So that's what Fury wants to talk about," Steve wondered.
"That is all know," Jarvis replied.
"Thanks Jarvis," Steve said.
"You're welcome, Steve," Jarvis said.
Steve kept on walking to the conference room. As he walked, he wondered what was so special about this girl. There were millions of girls in New York. How did Fury know that one out of a million girls was special? Well Fury was Fury. He has his own way of doing things. Steve was interrupted from his thoughts by someone calling his name.
"Steve!" called the voice of Bruce Banner, aka the Hulk.
"Hi, Bruce," Steve greeted.
"Are you going to that meeting Fury called us for?" Bruce asked.
"Yeah. Jarvis told me," Steve responded.
"Do you know what the meeting is about?" Bruce asked.
"According to Jarvis, the meeting is about some special girl," Steve went on explaining what Jarvis had told him about the meeting.
"So we have to look for her?" Bruce asked when Steve was finished talking.
"That's what Jarvis thinks Fury wants us to do," Steve said. " If the girl is so special then I have no doubt that Fury wants us to look for her."
"That's true," Bruce agreed.
"Steve, Bruce, the meeting will start in two minutes," Jarvis said.
"Thanks, Jarvis," Steve said. "We should hurry."
Bruce nodded.
Steve and Bruce quickly walked to the conference room. They made it just in time.
"Finally you two made it," Natasha said, sarcastically when Steve and Bruce walked in.
"Hey, what's up, Brucie, Stevie!" Tony said. Both Steve and Bruce blushed at their nicknames.
"Hello, Tony," Steve said.
"What took you two so long?!" Nick Fury scold.
"Aww don't you see Fury?" Tony said. "Brucie and Capsicle were holding hands in the hallway! Come on! You've gotta excuse them!"
"Tony! Quit being a little kid!" Nick glared at Tony.
"What?! I'm just saying what's true!" Tony said. "Even Jarvis saw them holding hands. Right Jarvis?"
"Actually sir," Jarvis said. "Steve and Bruce were talking about the meeting. They weren't holding hands."
"Shit!" Tony cursed.
"Language!" Steve scowled.
"Oh come on, Cap," Natasha smirked. "You aren't that innocent."
"Yeah, Cap," Clint said. "You probably fondued when you were alive in the 1900s."
