When you're young, having your heart broken feels like the end of the world. It feels like the world had stop spinning and time had halted. It feels like every part of your body was broken as well. There's this little bubble you create where its only you and the pain surrounding you. You sulk. You'll shed a bucket of tears. You'll grow bitter and hate every little thing that'll remind him of you. Still, the world moves on. Time didn't stop for you, it won't wait for you. The sun rises and sets. What you forget is that it isn't totally the end for you. It's just the start. You'll meet a billion of people that'll put their marks on you. There are some that'll go, and others that'll stay. There'll be a few versions of the person that break your heart the first time, and they'll do the same as well. And it will feel like relieving old memories again. .
But there'll be this one guy that won't do the same to you. There will be this one guy that will remain and make you realize why you never worked out with the previous ones. Why the world had to hurt you to find him.
And you'll realize that life wasn't that bad at all.
