^Full song of Sinnerman above^ The song is actually used in the Reichenbach Fall, during the trial.

Jim was correct when it came to being found innocent at the trial. Six weeks of being interrogated by Military Intelligence got nothing out of him. He put forward no defence, and was still found innocent.
Seb had been at the trial, watching it, and when they both came through the door they were laughing about it.
Jim left, saying he had some unfinished business, so Seb gave me an account of the trial.

By the time Jim returned, Seb had gone out on a job for the network.
Sitting in my room, I heard singing coming from the kitchen.

"...I run to the river, it was boilin'
I run to the sea, it was boilin'.."

Was Jim actually singing? I walked quietly down the stairs. There Jim was, in the kitchen, singing while he was waiting for his food to come out of the microwave.

"..I run to the sea, it was boilin'
All along dem day.." He noticed me, and stopped.

"Sinnerman." I said.

"Reminds me of Seb." Jim mused.

"What, because of the phrase 'The Lord said, go to the devil'?" I asked.

"No. Because he's always singing it." Jim said, taking his food out of the microwave.

"suppose. He sings it because it strikes home- the church turned him away, so he ran to the devil."
At that moment the door slammed.

"Finally." Jim muttered, as Seb walked towards us, placing his gun on the counter.

"Jim." Seb sighed. "Six weeks, and I see you twice. Once not even to talk to. God, I missed you." he hugged the Irishman.

During dinner that evening, Jim described to us his next move in the game against Holmes- the kidnapping of the children of the British Ambassador to the U.S, Rufus Bruhl. They were at boarding school, and would be there over half term. Reminded me of Aliona, to be honest, except she wasn't going to be kidnapped.

"So, you want them to be found?" Seb asked.

"Yep!" Jim smirked.

"What kind of kidnapper leaves clues?" I asked.

"The type that want Holmes to know who they are." Jim said.

"Great." Seb muttered. "So he can get you put back into prison."

"He won't, though. Without me, he is nothing. He needs me, although he would never admit it. He'll find the children, yes, and that will be his downfall. Just you wait."
