Before story begins: 1. I do not own Naruto 2. If I don't say how Aniko says something, it means she said it in her normal bored and uninterested voice..... It ALWAYS means that.
I woke up with a kink in my neck. I groaned and streatched, scratching my neck........ OH CRAP!!! I'm going to be late!!! ARG!!!! I jumped up and dashed to the shower, then changed into my blue short shorts and blue crop top top with the fishnet shirt and strapped on my pouch of ninja gear( which I knew how to use! 'thank you old sesei!! :D) and grabbed my lunch and an apple to eat. I sprinted out the door and ran in the direction of the academy. *sigh* well at least I can use the fact that I'm new as an excuse!
I ran into the school and to the door, I wasn't even panting. In truth I just LOVE running. I walked in and Iruka was staring at me( most of the boys in the class looked like this: O.O) . "Hi, I'm new, are you Iruka-sensei?"
"Yes, you must be Aniko?" he inquired.
"Yes, I am."
"Okay, introduce yourself to the class and then pick any seat that is open." he kindly told her.
"Hey everyone, my name is Aniko and I'm in this class now. And today is my birthday." I stated as I looked for an open seat, there were two, one by Ino and one by Naruto, I chose Naruto. I swear, almost every boy was looking at me with hearts in their eyes as I walked up Narutos row and took a seat next to him. Sasuke was in the desk next to us and his curiosity betrayed him as he looked at me, but when he saw me looking back he abruptly turned his eyes away from me.
I took out some paper and started doodling when I realized I hadn't introduced myself to Naruto. I angled myself towards him and said "Hi, I'm Aniko."
He stared at me with shock filled eyes as he stuttered out an answer, "H-hi I'm Naruto!" Then he gave his infamous speech of about how he was going to become hokage.
I went back to listening to Iruka and Naruto went back to sleeping. Pretty soon the bell rang and it was time for lunch. I grabbed my lunch and went outside. I found a tree with a sturdy branch and sat on it, swinging my legs while eating my lunch. The tree covered everything but my legs. I heard footsteps coming towards me and instantly I stopped swinging my legs. I waited a few more moments and then Sasuke came into view. I was stunned. What is he doing here? But my face stayed expressionless. But what he said next shocked me.
He leapt up on my branch and said "Hn..... happy birthday. I'm Uchiha Sasuke, you?
I recovered quickly, "Aniko, just Aniko, and...... thanks. That rounds it up to three people I now know."(Gai doesn't count.) My Voice dripping with sarcasam.
He smirked at that. "Hn... whatever, we better get back to class."
"Oh, right yeah we probly should." I never let a bit of interest into my eyes or let it leak into my voice. We walked back together and I could feel his fan girls glares burning holes into the back of my head. Some of them growled at me and one even came up to me and screamed that Sasuke was hers as we walked to class together.
When we entered the classroom I mumbled, "Your fangirls are insane!" and then walked to my seat where Naruto sat.
