A/N: This chapter is kinda long + the end is swiftly approaching!!

The following morning the group met up at Adolpha's once again. Today they'd discuss their battle plans and tomorrow night they'd set their plans into motion.

"So it's best we attack at night." Tanya said.

"Why?" Doc asked.

"Because there will be less people about. The others will be asleep, but Fenris and his men will be awake. The two guards out front will have just taken shift if we time this right. We need to distract them as quietly as possible. Any ideas?"

"Fairy dust." Patrick suggested.

His answer brought about confused faces and whispers.

"Not just fairy dust...enchanted fairy dust like for a sleeping spell." Watchy elaborated.

"And just how would we pull that off?" Adolpha questioned.

"The way I see it is the fairies would be useless without us getting the diamonds to begin with. They pretty much owe us this favor." Stealthy explained.

Patrick wasn't thrilled about taking advantage of the fairies like that, but desperate times called for desperate measures. He nodded his head in agreement as did the other dwarfs.

"I can get it." Sneezy suggested. Clumsy and he weren't actually battling with the rest for obvious reasons. This attack would require stealth and they'd just ruin it.

"Are you sure?" Watchy double checked.

"It will be sealed up. I won't blow it everywhere." Sneezy assured him.

"We knock them out. Then what?" Stealthy asked.

"There will be another guard just outside of Fenris's home. I will distract him. You need to listen out for me though. I'll howl and when you hear it, that means it's safe to begin." Tanya answered.

"How many will be inside?" Imee inquired as she wrote down the details.

"Like I said there are five in all, not counting Fenris, so two will be inside with him. I suggest luring them out. It'll need to big enough to cause them to leave, but not him. He won't come out unless he has to. I..I've seen him attack people before so don't underestimate him."

"It's that simple?" Stealthy asked arrogantly.

"Have you ever killed before?" Tanya spat at him. She felt as though most of the group didn't understand what was at stake. If they failed, death wouldn't come to them at least not easily. Fenris would destroy those they loved first and sentence them to a fate much worse than death.

"No," Stealthy answered.

"Exactly. None of us have killed before but it's do or die. I will be fighting for my freedom and my family's safety. Before we go on you need to make sure you know what you're fighting for as well or you're no use to anyone." Tanya pointed out.

Adolpha came to her side and patted her on the shoulder as she told her to sit down.

"Tanya is right. We cannot proceed if our minds aren't focused on the task at hand. Put your fears aside and charge on for tomorrow we war." She stated firmly.

"You," Adolpha pointed to Sneezy, "go retrieve the fairy dust."

"Girls, let's practice." She headed towards the door.

The dwarves exchanged a look amongst themselves.

"Dwarves I'd suggest you join in as well." She called over her shoulders.
