Imee tried to stay out of the way as much as possible once they got to Adolpha's hut. She lingered in the corner, watching silently and praying that Patrick would be okay.

Watchy made the herbal tea and Doc applied pressure to the huge gashes in Patrick's chest. Fenris's claws cut him deeply and left jagged wounds running down the front portion of his body. It was a horrible sight, but Doc was doing the best he could.

Patrick had slipped out of consciousness due to the blood loss, but he still had a pulse. It was weak, but it was there nonetheless.

"He's gonna need blood." Doc shook his head. The bleeding had subsided and he was able to bandage Happy up.

"How are we going to do that?" Watchy exclaimed. He felt utterly helpless. He shouldn't have let Patrick go up against Fenris alone. What kind of friend was he to just sit back? He'd never forgive himself if Patrick didn't make it.

"I...I don't know. It's not like I've ever done something like this before." Doc gave an unsettling reply.

"Then figure it out!" Watchy yelled.

"Are you forgetting that I'm not actually a doctor?!" Doc shot back.

Stealthy stepped in between his two friends before they could start a second battle in the hut.

"Calm down. Perhaps Adolpha or the fairies can help? Patrick... he looked down at him, he's gonna make it. He's tough; He'll pull through."

Watchy angrily shoved Stealthy's hand away.

"You want to help now? It's your fault he stopped talking to us to begin with!" Watchy shouted at Stealthy.

"What's that got to do with anything right now? We've made amends, yeah?" Stealthy argued.

"Stop it! All of you just stop. Patrick needs help." Imee cut through the bickering. They all turned to face her.

"You will either help him or leave. You will not stand here and fight while he's fighting for his life." She pushed them away from Patrick and touched his hand.

"Get out and find someone to help him." She sobbed. Her rule of not crying in front of others went out the window. A lot of her self imposed rules changed when it came to Patrick.

The trio looked at one another and then back at Patrick. Doc took Adolpha's books and went to study them; hoping he'd find some remedy for Patrick. Watchy went in search of a fairy. Stealthy left without a word. No one knew where he was going.

They had managed to move Patrick back home. They figured he'd be more comfortable in his own bed. With the help of a healer from Fenris's pack, Patrick was able to get the blood he needed. It was a long, yet successful process.

He had yet to wake up, but it had only been a day. His friends and Imee tried not to worry. They wanted to be strong for Patrick.

Imee entered Patrick's room.

"Hi there," she whispered to him. He hadn't replied, but Imee still kept up a conversation with him. It helped her deal with his current state.

"I need to apply this to your chest. It might sting, I'm not sure, but I'll be careful." She gave him a teary smile.

Had he been awake, he'd wipe the tear that managed to escape away. But he wasn't awake. He laid there breathing steadily with his eyes closed.

"Oh, Patrick," Imee sighed. She carefully removed his bandage and began to rub the concoction onto his chest. It was something from Adolpha's book and it had healing properties. Patrick's wounds were deep and wouldn't heal as quickly as they wished though.
