I'm fine thanks, and you?-Mir geht's gut, danke, und dir? (Lit: To me goes it well, and to you?)
Long time no see-Lange nicht gesehen (the g in German is never pronounced like a 'j', unless it comes from some foreign language, especially French. Example: Etage-floor level).
Pleased to meet you-Sehr erfreut
