Sydney's POV
"Foul!" Alex frowned, seeming pissed off, "Stupid fucking referee." He muttered and I chuckled at his childishness.
I fiddled about with the controller and pressed circle, scoring my second goal.
"Goal! You're so shit, oh my god." I laughed and Alex fumed.
"Shut up. Come on let's play another game." Alex looked at me and I nodded.
"Sure." I smirked.
Just then, was a knock on Alex's bedroom door.
"Enter the losing world of Alex Campbell!" I said in a weird voice.
"Piss off." Alex stuck his middle finger up.
The door opened and Cody came into view. He walked in and closed the door behind me.
My eyes widened, "What are you doing here?" I stood up from the comfy bean bag.
"Just wanted to see you." He winked and my cheeks started heating up.
I think Alex noticed the tension between us and stood up.
"What's going on?" He raised his eyebrow in suspicion and looked between us.
"Nothing." I causally said.
"There better not be." Alex warned.
Alex and Cody were friends. But Alex, just like any other older brother, was a bit too protective over me, but it was cute.
"Yo Alex, what's up my man?" Cody smiled, high-giving my big brother.
"Cody, been ages since I last saw you." Alex grinned.
"He's getting his ass whooped at FIFA." I laughed and Cody chuckled.
"Alex? What the hell, getting beaten by your sister?" Cody said in shock.
"Hey! I'm good!" I slapped his arm annoyingly.
"At a lot of things." Cody huskily said and my eyes widened.
Did he say that right in front of my brother? He would beat him up so bad.
"Okay what is going on?" Alex glared at me and I shrugged innocently.
"Nothing! I told you! Cody's just a bit out of bounds today!" I exclaimed.
Cody glared at me. What's everyone's problem? Stop glaring at me.
"Okay, well I'm just gonna go get something to eat." Alex slowly said, slowly leaving the room.
I sighed when he left. I looked at Cody who was evilly smiling at me.
"Why the hell did you say all that in front of Alex? Do you know how much he'd kill both me and you if he found out?" I narrowed my eyes at him.
"Found out about what?" Cody smirked, walking towards me.
I walked further away from him.
"You know what." I said through gritted teeth.
"No I don't. Why don't you show me?" Cody stopped when there was just a few inches between us.
"No. Cody, not now. Alex is going to come any second now." I put a hand to his chest and gently pushed him away.
I heard footsteps and quietly told Cody to sit on the beanbag. I sat down on one too and grabbed the controller. I quickly pressed start game and when Alex came in, it looked like we were playing.
Nice one, Sydney.
