Sydney's POV
"What's your deal with Aubrey?" I had dragged Xavier out of the cafeteria, telling my friends I just needed to talk to him. He stumbled across the floor as I let go of his top, and he sent me a glare. "Tell me now." I firmly said, but I was cracking up with laughter inside.
"Nothing." He casually said, folding his arms across his chest as I stepped closer to him.
"Tell me." I whined, "D'you have a crush on her or something? Eh?" I smirked, wiggling my eyebrows suggestively.
I could see the faint red colour creeping up on Xavier's cheek, and I mental aw-ed at him.
"No, what the hell." He plainly said, but I could hear the lie in his tone.
"Xavier.." I softly muttered, genuinely caring for him, "I won't tell her, I can tell you're head over heels for her. Your eyes say it all." A small smile appeared on my face, as I playfully punched Xavier's arm.
"Yeah, I think I'm... I.. I'm in love with her." I could see the pain flash in his eyes, and it was gone suddenly as he went back to normal.
"Trust me, Xavier, if you-" A loud sound cut me off, as I saw my friends run up to us, screaming like hooligans with their arms flailing about in the air.
Everyone's arms wrapped around us in a group hug, I was literally getting crushed, but I liked it. Cody had his arms around me as he placed a small kiss on my lips, gazing down at me.
They're so weird, but I loved them anyways. Why did they have to break a heart-to-heart moment between Xavier and I? I was actually quite liking it.
"Hey princess." He lowly muttered, sending a chill down my spine. His tone made me feel things. I gulped.
"Hey." I squeaked out, as Cody bent down to kiss me again.
We couldn't kiss, because Tyler broke us apart, "Get a room guys." He winked and I blushed profusely.
"Ahem.. Preferably a resource room.." Cody cleared his throat, sending me a seductive grin as my cheeks heated up.
"Oh my god, you guys, you did it in the.. In the fucking resource room!" Aubrey gasped, looking at me for an answer.
"Aubrey!" I hissed, embarrassed, "Shut up." I groaned mentally.
"You have to tell me everything." She glared at me.
"Aubrey.." I motioned to the guys standing beside us who were now looking at us suspiciously and intently. I could see Cody standing there with a huge-ass grin stuck on his face, gazing at me.
"We want to know!" Tyler whined like a little child, pouting.
"Why did you have to say that you fucking douche?" I looked over at Cody, sending him daggers. He dragged his feet close to me.
"They're our friends.. It's okay. I can continue what we were doing now if you want." His breath tickled my ear, his lips moving across my ear as I inhaled sharply.
"Cody what are you doing?" I placed a hand on his chest to prevent him from coming closer.
"Argh! You're burning my fucking eyes!" Xavier yelled, and I took that as an opportunity to jump away from Cody and walk away from my friends, not wanting to deal with that embarrassing, sometime stupid, group anymore.
I chuckled to myself – I must've sounded really weird – when walking to my class.
After school, I went straight home, sprawling myself on my bed. I sighed heavily, school tired me out today. My phone tinged from a notification, and I grabbed my phone, automatically realising who was texting me.
