Chapter 17 ~ Starlight

Koinsay floated above the ground. She had come under a favor to Sarita, Goddess of Sight.

Keith stood there just staring at her. He was scared. He had no idea what who she was.

"Hello...," said Koinsay. "I am sorry to intrude but you are the only one I am able to make contact with, Keith." Koinsay was nervous. She had never been sent out on a prophecy mission before, but Sarita made her come because she is the only one who could truly warn these eight.

"How do you know my name," asked Keith.

"I am the first Magical Being to use Starlight Magic. But I must warn you. Don't trust those of the past with evil intentions to follow."

"What?"

"That's all Sarita told me. I'm sorry." Koinsay looked away.

"Yeah right. I don't know who you are or what you are, but you are one weird kid."

Koinsay's fist tightened. "Did you just call me a kid?" She asked as she looked at the ground. She slowly looked up to see fear burning in Keith's eyes. She charged at him, and pulled his spirit into the Spirit World. "Let me tell you something, Keith. My spirit is thousands of years old. I have seen so many wars that I don't even want think about them right now. By the way my name is Koinsay." She turned away and walked down a path that was not visible before.

"Wait... How do I get back," Keith called after Koinsay.

All she did was snap her fingers and he opened his eyes at the place he was a second before.
