Later, that night Jensen enters the hotel room and he looks at me. "Joy, I need to go to Sydney for a couple of weeks. There's a huge mess that needs to be cleaned up there. Dad's sending me there tomorrow. I don't want to take Lauren and you away from your routine. Plus, it's not a good idea to pull Lauren out of school."

I nod. "I don't want her to skip school for that long myself. I have to go to New York next week to meet the Board of Hamilton Hotel and Resort. I'll have to take her out of school for a week." I pull the yellow envelope out of my handbag and I give it to him.

He opens the envelope. "Are these the divorce papers?"

I clear my throat. "Yes, they are. I still want to go through with the divorce."

Jensen runs his hands through his hair. "I don't want to sign the papers. But, I do want to have the chance to propose to you. I want to take you out on dates and I want to marry you all on my terms. So, I'll sign these. When I return will you meet me in the bar and I can pick you up?"

I laugh. "Yeah, I'd like that. Just remember non-alcoholic drinks are on the menu." I touch my stomach. "I'm pregnant with the most amazing man's baby."

He kisses me. "Yes, you are."

Lauren screams and we pull apart. She smirks. "I knew that would get you two away from each other. I don't like seeing you two eat each other's faces off. It grosses me out." She walks over to the lounge and she puts her feet up on the table. "What's for dinner?"

I shake my head. "I don't know. What do you feel like?"

She crosses her arms. "I want to go to the restaurant for dinner."

Jensen laughs. "Are we going to have a repeat of what happened tonight?"

She shrugs. "It depends on how quick they bring me my dinner. After all I'm a Hamilton and I deserve respect from the people that work in this place."

I move over to her. "Lauren, respect works in two ways. If you respect them they'll respect you. But, if you keep up with this attitude no one's going to want be around you. If we go downstairs for dinner can you behave?"

Lauren looks at me and huffs. "Fine." She rises and moves towards the door. She opens the door. "I promise to behave myself."

Jensen moves over to the table and he takes a seat. He turns to me. "I'm going to sign the papers. I'll meet you downstairs."

I take my ring off my finger and I place it on the envelope. "You should take this, Jensen. I don't want to look at my finger while I'm in New York."

He touches my hand. "Put it on your chain. I want you to hold the ring close to your heart. That's where I'll be while I'm on Sydney. You don't have to worry about me being with any other woman." He rises and looks at me. "I have the woman I want with me right now. I'll never want anyone more than I want you." He kisses me.

My heart flutters at his words. I love this man so much.

Jensen puts the ring on my necklace for me and then he puts back around my neck. The door to the room opens and Lauren enters the room. "Are you coming or what?"

I walk over to the door. "Yeah, I'm coming. Jensen is going to meet us at the restaurant. He has something to take care of."

Lauren and I exit the room and make our way to the lift. Lauren presses the button. She turns to me. "What was Jensen doing?"

I sigh. "He was signing the divorce papers."

She shakes her head. "Why are you doing this, Joy? He loves you and you love him. Why can't you just be happy?"

I look at the ground. "I'm happy, Lauren. But, I want to have a wedding with people I know and care about. I want to have a photographer at the wedding taking great photos. I want to experience everything that was taken from Jensen and I the first time we were married." I hold the ring in my hand and twirl it around. I look her in the eyes. "Jensen and I got married at an annual Hamilton Party. Our Aunt and Uncle threw it at us and we had to marry in front of strangers. Most of the people that attended I didn't know." Tears fall down my face. I fell strong arms wrap around me.

Jensen whispers. "I didn't know that all those people at the annual party were strangers to you. While I'm gone I'll have my lawyer's fast track our divorce. I pay good money for them. So, I might as well get my money's worth."

Lauren looks at him. "What is your father going to say?"

Jensen moves over to my sister. "He doesn't care about what I do. Just as long as McKellar Group is doing great." He runs his hands through his hair. "I'm going to Sydney for a couple of weeks. Tonight is my last night with you."

Lauren hugs him. "I don't want you to leave. I've had so much fun since I met you."

Jensen smiles. "I won't be gone for too long. I'll bring you something back from Australia. How about during the Summer Holidays Joy and I take you to Sydney?"

Lauren jumps up and down. "Yes. Yes, yes." She says.

The door to the lift opens and we enter. The door closes and it takes us to the bottom floor.

Jensen wants to spoil my little sister.

I lean against Jensen. I smile when I feel his arms wrap around me. He kisses my neck and it send shivers down my body.

The door opens and I look at the floor number and it says two. A group of people enter the lift. But, Jensen keep kissing my neck ignoring the people on the lift.

I wish I could ignore all these people in the lift with us. But, I can't.

I elbow him the stomach. "Stop! People are looking at us."

Jensen smiles. "Hey, I'm Jensen McKellar and this beautiful woman in my arms is my soon to be divorced wife."

A woman looks at me. "You're having an affair with him?"

I laugh. "No! He's the one I'm divorcing. Forced marriages do that to you."

The same woman looks at my stomach. "You're pregnant with his baby. Why would you go through a divorce with the man I can see that you love with your being?"

I don't get why people keep saying that.

Lauren smiles. She mouths. "Told you."

I shake my head. Why am I talking about this with strangers?

The lift door opens and we exit the lift. I walk out of the lift without waiting for Lauren and Jensen. I walk into the restaurant and the waiter seats me in the back corner away from prying eyes.

Jensen and Lauren slowly walk over to the table. They take their seats. Jensen looks at me. "The people from the lift are going to join us for dinner. I hope you don't mind."

I do mind. I don't want to spend all evening telling strangers about my life and the way I married Jensen at some stupid party that wasn't even set up for a wedding. I was overshadowed the entire time.

A waiter joins the tables together and the people from the lift sit with us. Jensen place his hand on my thigh. He rubs circles on it. He leans over and whispers. "Don't be rude to these people. I know you told Lauren not to be rude. But, I can see it in your eyes that you're ready to tell someone off and I don't want that to be here at the dinner."

I pick up my fork and twirl it in my hand. "After dinner I'm going to plunge this into your eye."

He throws his head back and laughs. "Your funny, baby. I know you wouldn't be able to hurt me. You love me too much."

I elbow him.

The entire dinner I had to listen to the other couple's talk about love and how happy they are together and that I shouldn't do this.
