Part 8

Aaron's POV

Robert had convinced Chas that I just had the flu, and so she left us alone, so that she couldn't catch it. We spent most of the day cuddling, and watching films. It was one of the best days I've had in a long time. "I've enjoyed today" I said, looking up at Robert and smiling. "Me too" he replied, smiling back at me. "Wow, how long has it been since we could just watch films and cuddle all day?" Rob asked. "Ages" I replied, hugging him tighter. He hugged me tighter too, and he tilted his head down and kissed me. It was a nice kiss, not rushed into, and as the kiss got more passionate, the door opened and my mum came in. "Well...you can't be that ill, can you?" She asked, arms folded. "Mum, I don't have the plague you know, I'm not that ill actually" I replied, and Robert said "Yeah, he's not dead". We both started to giggle. "Right then. Well, if you're well enough to be sat kissing your boyfriend, you're well enough to work" said my mum. "Adam'll get the flu!" I said, panicking inside. "And what about Robert?" She said, suspicious. "I've, erm, had my shots, Adam hasn't" Robert said, filling in for me. "Right. I'll er, leave you to it then" Chas said, looking at Robert in a disapproving way.

Robert's POV

Once Chas had shut the door and went back downstairs, Aaron turned round and said "Do you think she bought that?". "I'll prove it when I'm not ill after a few days" I replied, and we both started to laugh. I leant forward and kissed Aaron again, and he kissed me back. The kiss was progressing until Aaron was sat on my lap when the door knocked repeatedly. He leant back and sighed. The person kept knocking so I said "I'll get it, you're supposed to be ill". "Alright" he replied, smiling at me. I smiled back before I went downstairs and opened the back door to see Adam storming in. "Where is he?" He asked. "Aaron? In bed, because he's got the flu" I replied. "Sure, sure, I'll just go up and see him then, won't I?" Adam said as he stormed past me. I followed him upstairs saying "You cant just barge in Adam, let him rest. Like I said, Aarons ill!", pretty loudly, so Aaron could hear. He must have, because when Adam opened the bedroom door, Aaron was under the covers, and he sneezed, and then groaned in frustration. "Adam, why are you here?" He asked, breathing through his nose to pretend he was ill. I gave him a thumbs up behind Adam. "You're actually ill? Chas said-" Adam was stopped by me interrupting him. "Chas said what?". "That you're not ill enough to stay off work!" Adam finished. "She's only saying that because I kissed Aaron, to make him feel better, and she saw" I said. Aaron nodded. "Sorry mate, your mum needs to calm down" said Adam. "It's alright, I know what she's like" Aaron replied. "Well, get soon mate, bye, bye Robert" Adam said as he walked out, closed the door and went back to the scrapyard.

Aaron's POV

"She needs to butt out, god!" I said, frustrated. "I know" Robert said, and he came and sat down on the bed again. "All you were doing was making me feel better" I said, smirking. Robert smirked too. "Too bad Adam had to interrupt, isn't it?" He asked, smirking more. "It is, innit?" I said, and I started to kiss Robert again, and he was kissing me back, and soon enough, I did feel better. I wrapped my arms around Roberts waist, and he wrapped his arms around mine, and we just lay there together for a while, until there was a knock on the door. Instantly, we both pulled our clothes back on, before the door knocked again. I got under the covers again, and Robert opened it to find Liv. "Hi, how are you feeling? Chas said you were ill yesterday, so I came round" She said. "Hi, I was ill but I'm feeling a bit better now. Aren't you meant to be in school?" I asked. "Nah, its the holidays. I went to the Scrapyard but only Adam was there, so I came here instead" Liv replied, and I smiled at her. I always wanted a little sister, and I knew I had one, I just had no idea where her and Sandra where. I noticed that Robert was smiling at the both of us. "What are you smiling at?" I said. "Nothingggggg" he said, and I just laughed at him. Liv turned round to Robert. "So, you are Aaron's boyfriend! I knew it!" She said, smiling at her intelligence. "How did you know?" I asked, quite confused. "It's obvious! You're always around each other, and you're always smiling at each other like dead awkward, its pretty funny" She answered.

Robert's POV

Me and Aaron looked at each other and laughed. It was true, but did everyone think that? I mean, Ryan also thought we were together before he'd even met Aaron. Granted, Ryan shouldn't have ever crossed our paths, but..."Robertttt" Aaron said, trying to get my attention. "Yeah? Sorry, I was just lost in my thoughts" I said. "Do you want to go out for a meal together, with Liv?" He asked. " Yeah! When though?" I asked. "Tomorrow?" Liv asked. "Yeah alright!" I said, I couldn't wait. I hadn't been out in ages, and neither had Aaron, so it'd do us both good. "Alright then! Ooh, can we watch a film?" Liv asked. "Sure, just not anything too bad, your mum'll kill me" Aaron said, laughing. As Liv went to pick a film, Aaron sat up in the bed, and I sat nest to him, and put my arm around him. Liv went downstairs before the film started and came back up with loads of sweets. We both looked at her and laughed. "What? I bought them earlier. And, who watches a film without snacks?" She said, sitting next to Aaron and laughing.
