You hadn't slept in days, your aunt just had a baby and was staying with you for a while. The baby never stopped crying. Just your luck you were forced to go to church. You would normally skip but you thought you might be able to stay awake long enough for the sermon. When you got there Johnny Cade and the Curtis brothers were there. You knew Soda from the DX and Darry from working on your roof. You had seen Ponyboy and Johnny in the halls at school. Johnny was in your science class and Mr.Estler said you two would be lab partners this semester. You had never spoken to him though. You took a seat in front of the Curtis's. It was the only one open because you were a bit late. You crossed your arms over the back of the pew in front of you and dozed off. That's when the minister asked you a question.
"Ms. Y/L/N? Who is our creator?" He asked
When you didn't stir Johnny pulled a pin out of his pocket and stuck you with it.
"GOD ALMIGHTY!" You yelled
You threw your hand over your mouth and the minister said "very good."
Minutes later you dozed off again. And again the minister asked "Who died for us?"
You didn't move and Johnny stuck you again.
"JESUS CHRIST!" You yell
"Very good." The minister said

By now you figured out who was jabbing you. You just shook your head and again dozed off. After a few minutes the minister asked another question.

"Does anyone know what Eve said to Adam after she had their twenty third child?" He asked

Everybody was silent waiting for the answer when Johnny jabbed you again. Now you were tired and pissed off. You sprang up and turned to face Johnny.

"IF YOU STICK THAT FUCKING THING IN MY ONE MORE TIME I WILL BREAK IT IN HALF AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS!"

Johnny's eyes were as wide as saucers as he slouched in his seat.
