You've know Alan and Edgar since your were little. Nothing could keep you away from your best friends. You loved both of them, just... not the same way.

Edgar was like a brother to you, so it would only make sense that Alan was too, but he wasn't.

You couldn't help it. There was just something about Alan that made you like him. You have never told him, though. How could he possibly feel the same way?

"Y/n, just tell him. It'll be okay. I'm sure he likes you too," Edgar told you. You sighed.

"But-"

"No buts. Go!" Edgar pushed you toward Alan.

"Um, Alan?" You said, quietly. He turned to you.

"Hey, y/n." He smiled.

"Um... I have to tell you something." You said awkwardly.

"Okay," he said, waiting patiently. You sighed.

"Uh.. Alan, I um... like.. you," you said slowly, scared of what he would say or do.

"Really?" Alan asked. You nodded slightly. "I like you too,"
