Nick POV
"You may now switch your tassel to the right side." Our principal, Mr. Harper, stated. Everyone did what they were asked to. Eagerly, everyone had their hand on their caps ready to pull them off and throw them in the air.
"Congratulations Class of 2016! You have all graduated from Chine Lake High School! You may now proceed to throw your caps in the air" Mr. Harper said while tearing. I was the first one to throw my throw my hat up while the others were in the sky. As I look at my cap go in the air I see everyone going wild. Families congratulating there family members success to teachers cheering us on because we we're getting the fuck out of HS. Oh yeah.. Did I mention we we're the worst class in Chine Lake history?
"WOW, I can't believe I just graduated High School" I said to myself.
"Me either." This random chick said next to me. She was absolutely stunning. She wore a tight ass white dress that had that complimented her body quite nice. All I could do was look at her biting my lip looking her up and down. I just wanted to devour her whole body.
"You see something you like?" She said biting her lip looking at me.
"Yeah." I said getting close to her.
"What?" She said smiling. I didn't reply. Her beauty had me mesmerized. "Okay.. Well can I at least get your name?" She said giggling snapping her fingers in front of my face.
"Nicky.." I said realizing I was nearly on top of her. I backed up and extended my hand for a hand shake.
"Hmm. That's cute. My name is Jennifer.. Jennifer Howard"
"Nice to meet you Jennifer." I said still holding her hand looking into her brown eyes.
"Umm.. Same to you too" She said giggling.
"Are you going to let me go anytime soon?" She said giggling.
"Oh. I'm sorry. Damn.." I said smiling. "You good. Call me sometime?" She said while smiling at me. She then gave me her phone and I put my number in & instantly texted hers and locked her number in mine.
"Don't be a stranger." She said while winking and walking towards her family.
"Goddamn.." I said while rubbing my neck ready to leave this damn school.
Afterwards, people's families came swarming in and congratulating their graduate(s) with presents, balloons, money, the whole 9 yards.
"Look at my Nicky! She is all grown up. Come here you!" My mother said while pinching my face which stung after she let go.
"OW MOM! That hurt. Relax. " I said while laughing backing up.
"I'm sorry hun. I'm just so proud of you! You came so far & to see you graduate? I'm just full of joy. It's so hard to see that my baby is becoming a young woman." My mother said while smiling and hugging me beginning to tear.
"Don't cry mom. Please? You know how I feel about you crying." I said while whipping her tears from her eyes.
"Congratulations baby girl. I'm proud of you.
"My father said while coming towards me and giving me a big bear hug.
"Thanks dad" I said while smiling while trying to breathe.
"Wassup Nick" Bree said while walking to me. She gave my parents a hug and dapped me.
"Wassup Bree. Where yo parent's at?" I said raising an eyebrow looking at her.
"Oh, there around here somewhere or they probably left. I saw them already though. They are crazy Nick. They gave me like close to $1,000. You already know what's about to go down" Bree said looking around throwing her hands in the air laughing
