Chapter 18: Chances Limit

[Kris's POV]

I saw everything. I saw the way how Baekhyun treats Eunmi. So does she. She's just to dense to notice it. I was 30 minutes done with the shopping. It just that I don't want to interrupt Baekhyun and Eunmi moments.

I know deep inside Chanyeol loves Eunmi as well. So do I. I do love her. Well, she's lovely. Who wouldn't love that girl? She's the precious one. Just that I don't to force her to love. I mean, it's our choice to choose what's best for us. I know her parents own our family a lot and as a repay by I agree marrying Eunmi.

But it's fair if she can choose who to marry? Who to love?

"I thought you're out hyung."

I turned my head.

"I was. Just came here to relax my mind."

Chanyeol looked at me and smile softly.

"They look good together, aren't they?" he said me.

"Well, they are. Are you okay?"

"Just to say that I'm good." he smile bitter. I lightly squeeze his shoulder. "I've known you for years Chanyeol but Eunmi knows you for 13 years." I said to him and comfort him as well. He lightly chuckle and nods. "I've never realise that time flies so fast. I should have known about it."

"What? That Eunmi has a crush on your own best friend?"

"Fate really cruel on me." He said.

"I'm sure there's someone else waiting for you."

"How about you hyung? You fall for her don't you?"

"I do but my chances are limit. I don't have any room for her heart."

"You just don't know hyung. Only herself knows it."

Chanyeol's right. No one knows what exactly we think.

"Mimi!!"

Min mind interrupted when Chanyeol call her. She arrives with Baekhyun. It's kind a cold today. Baekhyun just wears tshirt.

"You look pale there buddy." I said to Baekhyun. He look at me and smile. "I forgot to bring my jacket."

"You can use mine." I said. "I have extra."

"Thanks hyung." He said and I give him my extra jacket. As the big brother, I have to take care all of them.

So, we decide to have barbecue. I'm the one that doing the grilling while Eunmi doing the side dishes such as rice, vegetables and drinks. I know Baekhyun can handle this one as well.

"Don't cut like that Eun. This is how it suppose to cut." I heard him saying that to Eunmi. I looked from the side, Chanyeol was just staring at them.

"Yeol, help me with the grill." I said to him. He turned his head and jog to my place. "Okay." I nod and went to Baekhyun and Eunmi's place.

"Seems like you guys are having fun."

"Well, not really." Eunmi said. "Baekhyun is the one doing it everything." She chuckled. Baekhyun shrugged his shoulder.

I smile softly and decided to make the drinks. Eunmi saw me doing something and she went near to my place. "What drinks are you going to do?"

"Fruit juice and herbal drinks. Want to help me?" I asked. She nod and whisper to me. "Baekhyun being demand on me. He wants everything in his way." She said.

I chuckle and nod. "You can do your own ways now." She smile widely and cut the fruits into slices so that it could blend. I took out my phone and takes some pictures with them.

[Chanyeol's POV]

Three of them are having fun and I feel so left out. Sometimes, I'm just thinking that why should I follow here?

"Channie." I turned my head. "Mimi."

She smile and offer me drinks. "I can help this one. You have rest and drink this."

"Don't worry about me. Go inside. This is almost done."

"I can wait for you."

"Mimi, it's cold here."

She looked at me and pout. "I just want to spend my time with my best friend."

Best friend....

Of course, she only consider me as her best friend.

One sided love really hurt.

After gone with the barbecue with the lamb, chicken and sausages. We went inside the dining room. Since it's too cold to stay outside.

All of us are so hungry so we fight to grab the food. Eunmi sit beside and Baekhyun on the other side. Kris is in between them both. "Hmm, the lamb is so nice." Eunmi said.

"Well, just who's the want who grill it." I said proudly. Eunmi lightly punch my arm. "You should cook for me." She said. I chuckle and ruffle my hair but I could see Baekhyun's stare was on us. Kris hyung clear his throat.

"So, what do you guys want to do next?"

"Games?" I suggest.

"Truth or dare." Baekhyun said. I looked at him. Damn, he he pick that game. I hope none of them don't agree with it.

"I agree." I heard Eunmi said. I turned my head to her. She just stare back at me. "Come on Chan. You don't hide anything from me right?" I said.

I gulped at my own saliva.

I only keep one from you Eunmi.

And the truth that I fell in love you Park Eunmi.

But my chances are limit as well. Like Kris hyung said before.

Maybe I don't have a place for Eunmi's heart.

I don't know if you guys still reading this. I feel like I want to stop writing this story. Hopefully I can end this before 2016 ends.
