*So I'm too impatient and can't wait for 3x11 so I wrote this. Ps. I'm v excited for s3  Bellarke hug I'm going to be crying about it for weeks :)*

Bellamy hadn't been expecting Clarke to enter the cave, carrying an

 unconscious Raven in her arms, as Jasper ran in behind her, breathing heavy.

He stood frozen, shocked to see her, totally unexpected, but quickly snapped out of his daze and ran up to Clarke, placing a gentle hand on her back. "What happened?"

"Well, apart from Jasper nearly running me down with the Rover, you'll have to ask Jasper that one." Clarke emphasised towards a distressed Jasper, who was busying himself with making some sort of bed for Raven.

"Jasper did what?" Bellamy's eyes grew in shock at Clarke's simple statement.

"He drove through the gate at Arkadia and I was on the other side. He stopped though, thankfully." She huffed, readjusting Raven in her arms, "And because he stopped, the guards managed to open the back door, but I sorted it out. We're fine Bellamy, but Raven isn't. Jasper told me on the way here about how she swallowed some pill that took her to the City of Light?"

Bellamy shook his curls, before replying with a quick "yes."

Jasper motioned for Clarke to place Raven on the blankets he had laid out, and when she put her body down, Clarke pulled out a small box from her coat.

"What's that?" Jasper asked from behind her. Bellamy stepped closer, trying to get a better look.

"It's um, it's the Commander's flame. When an old Commander dies, her spirit stays in here," she spoke, as she lifted out the small chip from the box, "and the new Commander has this put into the back of their necks, officially making them the new Commander."

"Hey. That looks exactly like the one Jaha is giving out to everyone!" Jasper shouted, scrambling to his feet and taking the chip from Clarke's hand. "But Raven, and Abby, swallowed theirs. It takes away the pain, but Raven couldn't remember a damn thing about Finn."

"What?!" Clarke's eyes widened in fear and confusion, as Jasper turned back to her and Bellamy.

"Raven tried everything to get the bitc- um, woman in the red dress out of her mind, but she gave Raven all the memories of her pain back, and- oh my god Clarke. Her screams were just. I don't know... But she had an idea about how she might have been able to get rid of it if she had a wristband like the ones we wore on the Dropship, but Jaha found me-and the wristbands- before we could do anything."

"Fry the chip but not the tissue." Clarke murmured to herself, but Jasper had heard her. "Yes! That's what Raven said!"

Clarke put the chip back inside her coat, before she began pacing the cave. "I need to know more-about this City of Light. If I could just find a chip and swallo-"

"No!" Bellamy shouted, making both Clarke and Jasper jump as he held onto her arm. "Clarke? Are you crazy? Did you not here what Jasper said? You are NOT taking one of those damn things!"

Clarke pulled her arm out of Bellamy's grip, fully turning to face him. "Bellamy," she spoke through gritted teeth, "how do you expect me to save Raven if I don't know what I'm dealing with?"

"What's the use of having both of you gone?"

"Bellamy, you have to trust me on this one, please."

It had been weeks since Clarke had taken the chip and bought Raven back. The group had decided to move back to the Dropship, as they knew they were safer there than they were in this cave.
