Laurance's POV

My eyes slowly open for me to realize that I'm still in this cold cave. I adjust  body, moving up slightly to fix my position. I notice Aphmau still laying on my shoulder, I adjust myself more quietly this time. Yet, her eyes flutter open. She sits up, her cheeks painted with a light pink tint.

"Morning," she mutters, rubbing her eyes.

"We should head back soon," I say, standing up and dusting my clothes off.

"Probably, we don't want to make them worry," she extended her hand out to me and I took it, helping her up.

"Stay here," I said, keeping Aphmau behind me as I checked outside the cave.

We both walked out of the cave. I look at the sky and say,

"It's later in the day than I would have expected, we'd better get back there fast."

Aphmau nodded.

"Wait," she said, stopping me from running into the woods.

I looked at her, confused.

She gently pecked my cheek. I blushed lightly, taking her hand. We walked into the woods, not in a rush. At least, not anymore.

Aphmau's POV

Laurance and I walked along the edge of the forest, the same way I got to that cave. Memories of the previous night lingered throughout my mind as we walked.

I let out a gentle sigh and swayed mine and Laurance's hands back and forth as we walked. He didn't seem to mind.

I stopped and looked at the ground, a familiar figure there. My cell phone was sitting in the grass. I must've dropped it while running. I'm just glad that I found it at this point. Laurance gave me a confused look,

"Why was your phone in the grass?" He questioned, holding my hand once again.

"I must've dropped it last night when I was trying to find you," I said, shrugging my shoulders and looking off to the side.

"And you didn't go back for it?" His pitch of voice changed.

"I-I guess you mean more to me than just a piece of tech," I scratched the side of my head and looked over at Laurance, he was smiling. I smiled back. We continued walking.

Laurance's POV

I couldn't stop smiling. After everything that has happened, I'm happy.

The campsite started coming into view. They were packing up. We walked through some shrubbery which made a rustle loud enough for people to turn. Aphmau threw her arm in the air, waving to everyone. Nicole's eyes brightened and she bolted towards us. She tackled Aphmau to the ground and screamed,

"Where were you two! You scared us half to death!" Aphmau looked frightened but her expression softened as she said,

"We're here now."

Nicole got off of Aphmau and the three of us walked over to see everyone else. Most people exchanged hugs and several people were more worried than I thought they'd be. Even people I barely talk to were praying that Aphmau and I were okay.

"What time is it?" I asked Garroth, leaning against the trailer. He looked at his wristwatch and said,

"11:10," My eyes widened.

"Wow, we were gone much later than I thought. Personally, I thought it was 9:00," I said, with disbelief in my voice.

"Heh, well maybe you shouldn't sneak off in the evening," Garroth sassily said.

"What, well maybe you shouldn't pull girls onto the ground when you trip," I emphasized the second 'you'. Garroth stayed quiet and looked down shamefully.

"It's fine... Aph explained everything," I clarified, Garroth felt mildly better but it didn't change the fact of how bad he feels because of it.

Aphmau's POV

I was helping pack up tents when nearly all the girls at the campsite swarmed me, asking questions about what happened with Laurance and I. I continued with vague answers, what happened is special to me. I don't want to boast about it to everyone. It will be meaningless that way.

Soon, things were all set to leave. Honestly, I'm excited to go back to school. I feel like I haven't had a decent day in awhile. Or is it just me.

We all pile into the trailer, we start driving the painfully long time it takes to get back home. Home, oh do I miss home.

After about and hour, we make it back to Alexis's house. Everyone get's out one by one. We all part ways. I start walking home with Laurance, considering that we walk the same way.

Like before, Laurance is holding my hand. We pass his house  but he doesn't go inside.

"Shouldn't you head inside?" I questioned.

"Nah, I figured that I could walk you home and then walk back here," he said, shrugging his shoulders.

"Oh, okay," I smiled. We continued on walking, hand in hand, to my house.

After a few minutes, we got to my house.

"T-thanks for walking me here," I said, turning to face Laurance.

"You don't need to thank me, I'd do it anytime, for you," I blushed lightly, still smiling.

I grabbed the cuffs of his jacket and went on my tip toes. I gently kissed him, he wrapped his arms around my waist. We stayed that way for a few seconds, then parted. I  walked inside and shut the door. I put my bag down and leaned on the door. I slid down the door, smiling.

YAY! I actually wrote something! How surprising! Sorry for my inactivity lately. If you read my post earlier, you'd see I have a lot to do right now and could barely squish this into my schedule. After this, I'll read some Wattpad books and head off to sleep. I need it :3 Well, I love you all very much and will see you when I have time! Byee! ~Taylor

P.S! Okay... so I ordered a blue wig... I'm going to do a Katelyn cosplay! It's my first cosplay and the conversation I had with my mother about it was actually very odd. I just think it'll be cool, it's also for school. That is if the wig arrives in time. Which I'm sure it will. Anyways, Byee! :3 ~Taylor
