Chapter 8

Laurance's POV

I wake up and remember how happy I am from yesterday. I take a shower, get dressed, brush my teeth, etc. Once I am ready I walk down the stairs, it was fun being with Aphmau for a while but I missed my home. No one had cooked food so I just got a bowl of cereal and sat down to eat it. I felt like today was going to be a good day, weird... it's Wednesday. I hate Wednesdays haha! Well, for the first time I guess it's going to be a good Wednesday. It feels like a Monday though, probably because I was at Aphmau's place and we didn't go to school. Whatever, I finished my cereal and started walking to school. I then remembered the Hawaii trip, that trip is going to be so much fun! I just know it, well you'd expect it... what's not fun about Hawaii! Except that it's so expensive but Hayden's paying so it's all good! The only one or thing suffering here is his wallet. I arrive at school and head over to talk to my friends.

I notice that there is only Zenix where we all usually hang out. "Hey Zenix, where is everyone?" I asked. "I have no clue, maybe they're late." he said and just went on his phone. Someone came up behind me, I didn't notice. "Boo!" they yelled. I jumped and turned, Garroth was standing there laughing hysterically. "Garroth!" I yelled at him. He laughed, I eventually caught on and started laughing too. After laughing for awhile we decided to got to our lockers, I went to my locker it was #856. I walked up to it, I saw Nicole, Aphmau, and Fenrir all talking beside my locker. "Hey Aphmau." said opening my locker. "Hey Laurance." she said and continued her conversation. Soon enough the bell rang and I headed to my first class of the day.

After five boring classes it was finally lunch, I went to my locker and put my books from the previous class away. I headed to the lunchroom and sat at my table beside Vylad and Zenix. We all talked a little and I stood up to get my lunch, I walked over to the line and got in. Someone started talking to me, I didn't realize and then looked. It was Mikai. "Oh, hey Mikai." I said moving forward in the line. "Hey Laurance." we talked a little as we waited in line, I eventually got to the front of the line and I got what I wanted. Mikai did the same, I headed back to my table and he went to his. We were approached my two girls, one had pink/blond hair and the other had blond hair. I recognized them, "Abby? Alexis?" I questioned. "Hey guys!" Alexis beamed. They all said hello in many different ways. "You're going to Hawaii, right?" Abby asked. "Most likely, why?" I asked them. "Just making sure." They said simultaneously. They walked away and we continued eating lunch until the bell rang, I went to my next class.

After the rest of my classes I went straight home, I only have track practice on Fridays so I'm okay. I notice Aphmau walking with Travis, they're walking to the field. I remember Travis saying that there was a 'Hot Babe' in soccer practice... He has soccer practice right now and it looks like Aphmau does too. I sighed and continued walking home, I have some chemistry homework that needs done so I better get to it. I eventually arrive home, I walk through the door and greet Cadenza who got here before me. I walk upstairs and into my room, I close and lock the door so I can have peace and quiet. I need to get this homework done. I never thought there'd be chemistry homework but I guess so. It seems easy but confused me.

I finally finished my homework and it was 4:20, I looked out my window and saw Aphmau walking home. I smiled at the sight of her, I decided to text her:

Laurance: I see you.

Aphmau: That sounds creepy but I guess not. I am walking past your house afterall so I would expect you to see me.

Laurance: Heh, yea..

Aphmau: Well I don't want to walk into someone so I'll text you when I get home, okay?

Laurance: Sounds good, I'll talk to you later then.

Aphmau: Okay, bye.

Laurance: Bye.

We stopped texting and I went through all the papers I had from work I missed. I started catching up on the work when my phone went off, I knew who it was.

Aphmau: Home now.

Laurance: No murderers?

Aphmau: I sure hope not.

Laurance: How much work do you have to catch up on?

Aphmau: Tons, I better get started.

Laurance: Yea..

Aphmau: I need to do all this work so I'll let you go.

Laurance: Don't leave me!

Aphmau: Haha! Bye.

Laurance: Fine, bye.

I chuckled after the text I sent, I resumed to doing all the work. I finished and it was 6:40, I was hungry so I went downstairs, Hayden gets back at around 7:30 so I'll cook. I looked at what we had and started cooking steak. It didn't take too long but once it was finished cooking Cadenza and I ate it. Hayden got home while I was cleaning the dishes. I told him that his steak was in the oven so it wouldn't get cold. He heated it slightly and ate it. I went up into my room and pulled out my phone and I had a missed call, I called the number back:

Vlyad: Hello?

Laurance: Oh, hey Vlad.

Vlyad: Why'd you call?

Laurance: You called me earlier and I didn't answer, I am just calling you back.

Vlyad: I meant to call Zenix..

Laurance: How the heck to you get us mixed up!?

Vlyad: I have no clue.

Laurance: Hahaha!

Vlyad: Hahaha!

Laurance: Well, talk to you tomorrow then.

Vlyad: Bye, Laurance.

Laurance: Bye.

That was interesting, anyways I decide to change into more comfortable clothes and get ready to sleep. For some reason I am super tired right now and just want to sleep. I was about to go to sleep when my door opens, it was Cadenza. "Laurance..." she said. "Yea?" I asked. "You're taken, right?" she asked me. "Uhh.. no..? Why are you asking?" I asked her. "A friend wanted to know." she said walking out of the room. That was weird, I wanted to say goodnight to Aphmau so I called her:

Aphmau: Hello?

Laurance: Hey Aphmau!

Aphmau: Hey Laurance, what do you want because I'm really tired. *yawns*

Laurance: I just wanted to say good night my love.

Aphmau: Uhh-emm-uhh... heh.. d-don't call me that..

Laurance: Why not?

Aphmau: I-It's weird..

Laurance: Anything for you.

Aphmau: Uhh- well.. bye.

Laurance: Bye.

She hung up, that got pretty awkward.. that won't stop me from calling her that. I am super tired though so I should probably go to sleep. I try to sleep but I can't, I open my phone and look at the picture of Aphmau that she sent Cadenza that day. I smile and all of a suddon it is easier to sleep. I close my eyes and slowly drift off into a nice peaceful sleep. Seeing and thinking of Aphmau seems to put my mind and soul at ease. I fall asleep smiling.

That was a super cute ending! This is a filler chapter because I have no ideas ;-; I hope you liked it though! I thought it would be like Laurance's everyday life in this one!
