When you hurt I feel it too.
It saddens me to see
The pain you feel inside.
I want to comfort you.
An emotional sea
Takes me from the outside.
Why must you cry your sad tears
And sing of your sad songs?
Don't you know it affects me?
Don't drown it away in beers
While my heart sits and longs
Begging for you to be happy.
