Sorry for all spelling errors, I was a little drunk and then I was too lazy to fix them afterwards.
It was dusk as they approached the main building, and Rey could hear all the personnel in the mess hall. Leia kept walking, and then she pointed to the top of the building.
"We're going up there, to the command room."
Rey nodded, keeping her hand tight on Ben's. She didn't care who saw them, Ben was a different person than he was just last week. Kylo Ren was no longer the face he wore. There's still darkness, but there is even more light. She knew he could never give way completely to the loght, the dark had been a part of him for way too long to ever give it up. It was sad really, but the darkness had been his only friend.
They made their way up the stairs, and stopped in front of a pair of blue double doors.
She heard Ben take a ragged breath, and Leia pushed the doors open.
In the room was the entire chain of command of the Resistance. Rey looked around at the faces, some gray haired, other's were Ben's age. And then Finn came up behind them, and took his place at a table, and Rey just noticed the patch he was wearing.
Second Lieutenant? she asked Ben, who glanced over at Finn and then back at her. He nodded.
Rey smiled big at Finn, and his cheeks grew darker.
"Kylo Ren," said a female voice, booming across the room.
"That's not his name," Rey said, looking up at Ben, letting the admiration roll off of her, filling him. How can I, after three days with one person, love him so much? She thought to herself. After so long alone in the desert, no one to love her, no one who came back, she had found someone. The Force brought them closer through the Bond that was accidently forged between them. After so many months feeling what he felt, sharing so many dreams together, it didn't feel like they've known eachother for five or so days. It felt like she had known Ben Solo for a lifetime.

.Ben straightened at the sound of his old name.
"That's not his name," Rey defended, and Ben could feel her admiration, hitting him like a freighter ship.
"Disarm him," the woman commanded, and four soldiers from the outskirts of the room walked up to him cautiously. Ben bent down, battle ready, waiting for a fight, his arms out to protect Rey behind him. Then he felt his saber being yanked from his belt. He turned around, and Rey was holding his saber.
Don't be difficult, you little brat, she teased. They're only scared.
As they should be, Ben huffed.
He reached for his blaster, and the entire room drew their weapons. Ben lifted his hands in the air, and then nodded at Rey to take the blaster. She had to reach around him, hand on his chest. He felt comfortable when Rey was touching him, in any way. He needed that contact. Craved that contact.
Rey unbuckled the blaster, and pulled it from its holster on his thigh. Rey set both his saber and blaster on the table in front of them. He felt vulnerable, no weapons. He had the Force, but Rey would be disappointed if he went and killed the very people who were pardoning him.Rey pulled out her chair and was about to sit when the woman spoke up again, "You too, Jedi. Disarm yourself, and slide your weapons across the table."
He felt anger rolling off of Rey, and betrayal. She had done so much for the Resistance, and they were treating her like a monster.
It's fine, Rey, you can hail it to you with the force whenever you want. We're never truly disarmed, Ben whispered through the connection.
