They walked in awkward silence until they heard screams from down the long hallway. They decided to run towards the screams. The screams got louder and Zero and Grim slowed to a jog. Zero said, "look. We found a door / shall we open it up and / see the other side?" Grim didn't respond, she just opened the door and saw about 15 dead Hyperion workers.
Zero walked in and pointed to a little skag cuddled up to a big one. Zero said, "come look at this, Grim / are one of these Delta? / the small one is cute" Grim said, "the big one is Delta, she must be protecting the little one." The pup skag walked away happily, and Delta trotted over and sat on Grim's foot. Grim patted her on the head and said, "good girl, did they hurt you?" Delta licked Grim's hand.
