So a few days ago, all of us were joking around and we ended up with the subject of my sister's tomboy nature. She said:
"Oh, maybe I'm transgender!"
Or something like that.
And my mum replied:
"No, we don't want that!"
Like whaaat? Just to put in your mind that my family are supportive of the LGBT+ community (I think, I'm not 100% sure) and I've never heard them say something like this before.
Also, we were in a jokey mood so maybe it just came out because they felt like it was funny or something? I dunno....
It kinda made me feel awkward but because I'm not out to them I couldn't really say anything about it.... I was sitting there like:
Yes because I am so STRAIGHT and HETRO I do not know or understand TRANSGENDERS at all!!1!!1 :))))))))) haha 😂👍👌 soooooo funny!1!1!1!1!1!1!1!!!11
(if you didn't get the hint from to fact I used way too many brackets for the smile, emojis and did this: !!1!1!1!1! Then just to confirm, I'm being sarcastic.)
So yeah. It's pretty bad being not out but I'm staying in the closet.
