"Well, I'll see you later, Cappy," she said as she opened the door and climbed out. I saluted to her jokingly and she began to laugh. I waved goodbye and was off on my way.
(Last chapter was in Capricorns POV!)

"Gemini! Get up!" Samantha screeched in my right ear. I imediently rolled over closer to the wall, trying to get away from my annoying alarm clock-that just happened to be my sister. Her loud and screechy voice made my ears throb, and beg for silence.
I still had my eyes closed, and pulled the blankets over my face. "GET UP GEMINI!" She screamed this time. It was 10x louder than her screech. I winced at the sharp pain that starting in my ears. I was about to get up, and possibly be peaceful, but Samantha had to ruin it.
Without double thinking it, I got up and stormed over to Samantha. She was laughing, as if she thought it was some type of hysterical joke. She saw my enraged face and her frame seemed to shrink. She knew that I wasn't kind when angry.
Every step I took closer to her, she took a step back. I was about to pounce on her, she she got to my doorway and mother was walking towards us, her expression stressed. She sighed out loud and shook her head as she looked at the ground. "Samantha I sai-" she started as she looked up at us. She saw I was about to jump on Samantha, and her expression morphed.
"Gemini, No!" She stated sternly. I stopped and stepped back. Samantha took this chance to run from me. Ducking under mothers arm that was placed on the wall, cane scurried off.
I blew out a breathe of air. "Did you have to send her to wake me up? I enjoy change and all, but really?" I started as I pointed down the hallway were she last was. I turned behind me and glanced at the clock on the wooden nightstand, located next to my bed. "And why is she up at 5:04?" I was quick to ask questions, how I normally am. Samantha was only in the 5th grade, so she didn't have to wake up till 6, at the earliest.
She took a deep breath in and sighed again. "I was trying to make today a 'special' day," she said quietly. My mouth formed the letter O. It wasn't till now what I r Alize's my mother was wearing; she had a pastel pink apron my grandma gave to her last Christmas, that had the words "kiss the baker" on it, with a red heart underneath the bold letters. Mother doesn't typically wear it unless something major or big is occurring. She had a plain blue tee underneath, and a pair of jeans on. I was guessing she didn't have to work, since she normally would dress up in a pantsuit, since she works in a cubical.
I quickly changed my expression to confused. I knitted my eyebrows. I as puzzled why today was such a special day. "Why is today so special, mom?" I asked releasing all the negative energy I had recently had. After all, I can't hold a grudge, my mind simply had other things to worry about.
She looked at me dumbfounded. "Gemini, you do realize it's Monday right? The day you leave for the field trip at school?" She said like it was obvious.
"Oh! I forgot!" I said a little too loud then what I meant. But I did totally forget. This field trip was something I didn't care for, but I knew deep down I did care a lot about it.
Mom nodded her head then let out a laugh. "I'll go get your breakfast ready," she said and turned on her heels to return back to the kitchen.
I turned around and let out a sign. This was going to be challenging; packing.
Packing has always been hard for me to do, since I basically pack my whole room. Last time I went on a camping trip, I packed legit a month worths of clothes, when I was only staying for a week. I barely even used any of them. The contents also included extra random things like a slinky, a rubics cube, a magical 8 ball, and random things like that. The sad thing is, I never used any of those during the day, they were random things I had lying around that I used when my mind wondered.
It was also hard to pack, since I was so indecisive. I couldn't make up my mind, even on the simplest things. For example, during the winter its always a struggle to decide weather to wear boots, or converse, a long sleeve or short sleeve. I guess it's just one of my few flaws.
For the next half and hour or so, I rushed around my room in search of items to throw in my bag. I had found the bag in my closet, that had a hundred different pockets. I finally picked out some clothes, but more than what was needed, since I change my mind so often. It was mostly clothes that I barely wore. I also packed an extra pair of tennis shoes, just in case. I also brought a cheap camera I had bought last week, since we couldn't take our electronics. I was totally okay with that, since nature is one of my best friends.
I had also stuffed a hair brush, deodorant, and other items like that. Those were things that I knew I would need.
And of course, I brought my rubrics cube too, like last time. I would need something that I could mess around with when my head gets ahead of myself.
I had managed to stuff a little bit more stuff into my bag, but I had suddenly forgotten some of them.
I threw my bag across my back, and headed into the kitchen. I was immediently hit with the sweet smell of maple. Mhmm... I could already tell my mom had made her all famous pancakes. Her pancakes weren't just ordinary pancakes. They were light and fluffy, and had a nice smooth texture to it. She also put some maple syrup into the batter, which enhances the smell.
I set my bag down by the door and took a seat at the island in the middle of the kitchen. Mom had her back turned toward the stove, and she stacked two pancakes on top of each other on a white glass plate. She turned around and slide it over to me. I glanced at her and saw that we had a few stains of batter on her clothes now. I couldn't help but smile.
I grabbed a fork that was in the end of the island, and began to dig into my pancakes. It smoothly cutted, and I stuffed it into my mouth. I immediently tasted the maple syrup, which made my mouth cry for more. I continued to wolf down my breakfast as if I hadn't eaten in ages.
I stood up and pushed the stool in. "Bye, Mom!" I said as I grabbed my bag and slung it over my back. She rushed over to me and gave me a goodbye hug and kiss.
I smiled at her and she returned the smile. Her smile was identical to mine. "Goodbye," I said before I turned and gripped the knob. I made my way down to the bus stop, and soon would be on my way to school.
