I could feel a tear if joy form in my eye and roll down my cheek. I opened the door, and had the worlds biggest smile on my face. I couldn't wait to tell Cancer, Virgo, and Sophie about this.
Last chapter was written in Pisces!

Thump! Thump! Thump!
Was the sound the basketball made as I dribbled it up the court. I was all the way at the other side of it, and my goal was to get a great running start and shoot at half court. I've made it only twice before, and one wasn't planned.
Scorpio, Taurus, and I were currently in the gym. It was after school and coach said I could practice as long as I locked it up afterwards.
I could feel the adrenaline begin to pump through my veins as I got even more pumped up, arriving at the half court line. I dribbled the ball with my right hand, making sure to keep utter control of it so it doesn't bounce away.
I was three steps away when I picked it up, crouched down, and used all my strength to push it up in the air. I focused all my energy and imagined myself getting the ball into the hoop. It all seemed to be happening in slow motion. I followed through, and stood up when it was halfway. The ball rushed up into the air, and it seemed it was on the right path to making it into the goal.
I held my breathe when the ball was a foot away. It swerved to the right and bounced off the back board. I was crossing my fingers and praying it would go in. I had a feeling in my gut that it wouldn't make it. This shot would boost myself esteem. It would also show that "short" people can play basketball too.
The ball bounced off the backboard and made its way into the hoop. I jumped up and pumped my fist in the air. "Yes!" I shouted. I felt so relieved and proud that it had made it in. I was impressed with myself.
I could feel the tons of sweat rolling down my face. I was still overwhelmed that I had made it in. I was normally self controlling, but at this moment I was extremely happy.
I looked over to my left and saw Taurus and Scorpio sitting on the stage. Taurus was munching on fries, paying somewhat attention to me, while Scorpio was investing all her focus in the book she was reading. She was probably reading some dark misery book again.
Taurus's eyes widened in shock. He placed his fries on the stage, uncrossed his legs, and stood up. He jumped off the stage and came rushing over to me. "Good job, bro!" He cheered at me, reflecting some of my happiness. I probably had the worlds most biggest smile on my face.
Taurus held out his hand and I clapped mine a crossed it, slide my fingers between his and his hand, and he patted my back as I patted his. We pulled apart. I stared at his face. "Woah!" I screamed loudly as I shot my fist in the air again, running around. I probably looked insane since Scorpio looked up from her book and tried to kind back a grin. She shook her head and returned back to his book. Her long black hair shook as her head moved. I hadn't realized till now that the ball had rolled to the wall.
I continued to run around, trying to free some of the energy I had just gotten. I had the urge to go grab the ball and continue shooting, but I know my luck will run out.
"Capricorn!" Taurus said to me. "Capricorn!" This time he yelled. I stopped in my tracks and turned towards him. I smiled an innocent smile and walked back over to him.
"You need to calm down. It was only a shot-" he started as I interrupted him. Only a shot? That was not just only a shot. That was an important shot.
"What?! Just a shot? Tha-" I was rambling on when Taurus interrupted me and put his hands up in defense.
"Woah, buddy. Don't take it literally. Yes, it was an important shot but you don't have to go crazy about it," he finished, breathing out deeply. He shook his head at me. I would do the same. I totally wasn't acting like myself right now. I'm normally calm and collective, but I guess the rush of energy was getting to my brain.
I nodded and looked at the gymnasium floor. "Maybe your right...the rush, I guess," I said as I wiped my sweaty palms on my black shorts. We made our way back over to the stage to collect our belongings. I had to bring my red basketball shirt up to my face to wipe off the extra sweat that was left behind, since there was way too much.
Dang...that shot was fantastic! All I could do was think about it...
I bent down on my legs and gripped the handle of my black sports bag and slung it over my shoulder. Taurus grabbed his fries and immediately began stuffing them back in his mouth. I'm surprise they're not gone already. I know he got a large and all, but he typically finishes them in less than 5 minutes still.
"We're leaving," I said to Scorpio as I stood up and walked over to him. Taurus was over in the right corner where the ball ended up rolling to, and picked it up. He exited out the door and turned to the left to leave.
Scorpio nodded. "Okay," she responded without looking up. I just said okay and shook my head as I made my way over to the door Taurus had just left.
Scorpio is our friend and all, but sometimes I really question how she puts up with us. We're both wild people, and she was more interested in reading and being alone. Well I guess we do have a charm that makes all the girls want to come around. No? Was that too lame?
I wrapped my arm around my back, attempting to grab the keys that would lock up the gym when we left. I was almost out the door when Scorpio spoke up behind me, "nice shot." I jumped. I turned around and saw she had a grin on when she saw my reaction and holding her book In her left hand. She was way too silent when she walked...
She burst out laughing. I was a little flustered at first, but then let it go when I realize she was laughing and smiling. It made me feel good when she was smiling and not acting down. Her eyes looked warm for a few seconds, but then they returned misty as she looked down at the ground.
I just shook my head and tossed the keys to her. She saw them and her eyes looked frantically for the keys. She clamped her hands in the air, catching the keys.
"Nice catch, Scorpio. Lock the doors when you leave," I said as I grinned at her. She looked at me and gave me a death stare. I would almost think it was real, if I didn't know her as well as I do.
