Chapter 35: A Key

Maria starts finding Kuro. She decides to look at the forest first.
She shuffled the bushes.
"Nope. Not in here. I'll find you kono yaro.." she mumbled.
She checks the back of the building.
"A key?" she asked herself. She picked it up. The design if the key was very different from the design she would usually see.
The key is all gold, except for the middle. The design at the bottom looked like a axe and the two sides are coated black. The design at the top is shaped like horns. There was a little face at the mid center of the key. The design on the middle has a white circle and a symbol of a cow.
"This key is very strange..." she muttered under her breath.
She heard a sound at the bushes. Glancing side to side, she was safe. She sighed in relief.
"Nīsan."
"Hai?, imōto?"
"I found this key while checking the back of the building. It's very strange, huh?"
"I sense magic in here."
"Nani?! C-Chotto I didn't sense magic in that!"
"Still, it bothers me who owns this magical key.."
"This key is actually pretty familiar to me."
"How?"
"Look at the symbol at the middle of the white circle. Does it resemble on of the 12 Zodiacs?"
"T-The symbol is the 6th Zodiac, Taurus!" The Norwegian heard her voice.
"What happened?"
"Does this key have magic, Lukas-san?"
Lukas touches the symbol on it. Gold aura surrounds Lukas.
"Yes. It has. This key is a Celestial Key. It can summon any kind of Zodiac by just tracing their rank in the air."
Maria was shocked. The Celestial Magic is one of the most powerful magic that any wizard or mage have performed.
"So does that mean..."
"Yes. This is possibly owned by a celestial mage."
"I heard once that there was a girl named Lucy Heartfillia. She was a Celestial Mage. She may own this key. She has half of the Zodiacs: Leo, Gemini, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Taurus, Aries, Cancer, Virgo and Scorpio." Maria said.
Lukas nodded.
"I heard about her, too. She was powerful to summon all her spirits at once."
At this point Maria's phone rings. She received a text message.
-Can you find me, Maria? Please..Find me. I will tell you the truth of everything..
Maria's eyes widened as she read the message.
"Nīsan. Look at this." She gave her phone to her brother, who studied the message carefully.
"Maybe he wants to tell you're real past, Maria. I know you're going to get mad at him, but please, find Kuro. If you found him. He'll tell you you're true past. Ok?" Maria nods and yet again she runs outside to find her "nīsan".
