Chapter 47: Bad Apple

"Minna! Let's do the performance!" Kiku shouted to the others. It immediately caught the attention of others. All of them went to the stage and gathered in a circle.
"Don't mess up, ok, aru?" Yao asked. Everyone says "Yes!" in their native language. They went to their positions and Kuro tuned in the music. The music started.
"Nagareteku toki no na karatemo
Kekaun saga hona kurukuru mawatte watashi kana hanareru kokono de mienaiwa so shi na nai"
"Jibun naga ugoku ki nogo naka toki no sugi nami nagasa ne tustuke ne shiranai wa mamari no kotoba no watashi ma wa nasesosenaga"
The song was catchy. Even Maria did not know what the title was. Maria just simply clapped to the beat and sang along, until she realized what song was playing.
"It's Bad Apple!" she whispers. She widens her eyes a little bit, but it returned to normal and she smiles. Kuro noticed her smile and smiled back, knowing that she liked the performance. Her favorite part? Well, she liked the part where Lukas used his blue flames for the performance. Maria enjoyed it so much. Almost half of everyone was in the performance. At the end of the song, Lili and Vash held their hands and forms the Yin Yang. After that, everyone else cheered. Everyone gathered in one line, held their hands and bowed.
"Grazie mille, everyone!" Feliciano thanked loudly enough for the audience to hear. Everyone clapped. When everyone went down the stage, Maria ran to her brothers and hugged them.
"Sono pafōmansu wa ryōkōdeshita[1]!" Maria praised. Kuro chuckled.
"Arigatō, imōto. That was our hard work." Kuro thanked his sister. Kiku smiled.
"You know that song, don't you?" Kiku asked. Maria nodded.
"Hai! It's Bad Apple, the famous song of Touhou!" she proudly answered. Kiku and Kuro gazed at Maria.
"Ne, nīsan." Maria called to the two.
"Yeah?" Kuro asked. Maria giggles.
"You two look like twins. I swear. You two are so kawaii~~" As she said the last word, she pokes both of her brothers's cheeks at the opposite fingers. Maria continues to giggle.
"Kawaii nīsan~~" Kuro got annoyed. Maria death glares her eldest brother. Kuro sighed.
"Fine. Poke us whenever you like." Maria looks at him with happy eyes and hugs him.
"Yatta!~"
