Stefan: "ready to see your baby?" dr. johnson, your doctor, asked you. you nodded, rolling your shirt up as she grabbed the clear gel bottle. "it will be cold," she warned as she squeezed the gel like material on your belly. she moved wand over it and pointed at the screen, "there is your baby," she said and you and stefan both looked at the tiny black dot on the screen. you looked at stefan and a he smiled at you, kissing your cheek. "so how are my three babies?" dr. johnson asked, seeing that she delivered all three of your children. "good, vivana is getting so big," you said and she smiled, looking back at the screen. "everything looks great! so pictures?" 

Damon: you and damon were waiting for the doctor to come in. "why are you nervous?" he asked, squeezing your thigh lightly. "i don't know," you mumbled, rubbing your hands over your face. "you've done this before, you'll be fine," he reassured you and you smiled kissing him. "mr. and mrs. salvatore, hello i'm dr. galibut" the doctor said walking in, he was fairly new to the both of you. you responded and laid back, rolling your shirt up revealing your stomach. "do you know how far you are?" he asked and you shook your head. he put the gel on your skin and showed you you're baby. he explained everything - which you had already known, and told you that your baby was healthy. 

Jeremy: you waited in the waiting room, very patiently. "y/n gilbert," your name was called, you stood up and followed a tall brunette who had pink scrubs on, into a room. "dr. sanders, will be in the room shortly," she said and you nodded thanking her. you decided to call your husband wondering where he was but before you could dial the number he came into the room. "sorry, i'm late, elena was late so i couldn't leave julian alone," he explained and you nodded. soon enough dr. sanders, who delivered julian, came into the room. "well now i see some familiar faces," she said hugging the two of you, "am i going to be able to deliver another gilbert?" she asked. "yes, we're here to see the newest member," you said and she smiled. "let's get started!"

Klaus: "you need to be quiet!" klaus scolded leo and liberty, who were being extremely loud in the small room you all were in. "but daddy-" leo started to whine. "no, now be quiet and sit down," he demanded, then they both went to sit down next to him. the doctor came in soon enough and greeted you all. you got all set, with the gel on your stomach and the wand waving around. "so you are three months, two more month and the gender can be revealed," he said and you nodded. "there he or she is," he said pointing to the monitor. "looks like a peanut," leo said causing klaus to laugh and you to shake your head at your son. "the baby does, and the baby is a healthy peanut."

Elijah: "back so soon?" dr. harrington said, she was your doctor that delivered aceline and you trusted her with all your heart. "yes, we actually got pregnant," you said and she nodded. "well congratulations," she said before placing the gel on your stomach. elijah squeezed your hand and you smiled looking at the screen as she moved the wand all over the place. "there is your little baby," she said showing you the black spot on the screen. "he or she is very healthy, and will be very handsome or beautiful, you're children have that good gene," she said complimenting you. 

Kol: "there are my parents of the year," dr. stewart said walking into the small room. "hello dr. stewart," you said as he said hi. you got down the usual, talking about your kids, the gel going onto your skin causing you to flinch slightly. he moved the wand back and forth and hummed. "is everything okay?" kol asked. "yes, just-" he stopped looking at the screen. "what is it?" you asked. "looks like you're having twins," he said and laughed slightly. "are you serious?" you asked. "well you are bigger than average for being two months, and there are two babies inside," he said pointing to the screen. "huh," kol said amused. you definitely were not going to have anymore babies.
