As the iron magnetized, Metal Man........was not pulled at it. I was...wrong. I started thinking about it and felt disappointed. Being wrong was not really something I was used to and having experienced it, I was not pleased at all. As all these thoughts occupied me, it slipped my mind that the fight was still in progress on account of Metal Man not being affected at all and suddenly, he punched me hard on my stomach. Pain surged through my body and before I could react, he punched my face which left my nose bleeding. Then the thirty year old man and the girl tried to take him on but he did so to both of them using just one hand. Then his right hand impacted my right elbow with astounding force and it snapped. He kicked my left knee which left me disbalanced and as I tried to prevent my fall, my ankle broke too. I fell. He kicked me in the stomach again. I physically could not get up. I lay there, wishing that lack of consciousness would deliver me from this unbearable pain. I watched helplessly as he did about the same thing to the man and girl. The man fell down like me but the girl's hand didn't break and so she used her stick. She hit him several times but in the end she just angered him. He grew out a gun and shot a bullet at her leg. She hit the bullet with her stick. I was impressed. Then, an uppercut followed but only to be her last offensive move. Metal Man blocked her punch and retorted with one of his own, to her face. Her lips bled as I saw her mask stain from it and then he kicked her nose. After she fell down he stood on both her hands and grew out a knife. He went to stab her but I gathered up all the energy I could and ran to her aid. The 5 feet seemed like a mile. With each step, my mask was wetter with blood. Luckily I made it but without my right hand I could not do much. I tried to defend so he tried to stab me instead. I put my left hand in the middle and the knife pierced it. It started bleeding profusely and I was about to collapse. He tried to stab her again but I kicked the knife to the side using my broken leg. It was not strong enough to deflect the knife completely and so it stabbed her hand near the wrist like mine. It must have hit an artery in both our cases because he left us and turned to the thirty year old man. He was not there! So, Metal Man just scowled and left.

The girl seemed to be losing consciousness like me. Everything was blurring out. I saw a light and my whole life flashed before my eyes. I thought about what my parents would think about my sudden death. The blur was evolving into blackness. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't see anything. As I tried to breathe, I could make out that I was going to die.

While I lost hope, someone.....
