A 14 year old black haired boy grinned as he watched the massive holographic screen play the add within the ginormous room.

He was an ordinary looking boy by all respects, a high schooler from the poor slum districts of Varus City, capital of the world.  He wore a black leather jacket, and a pair of blue jeans.

"Finally!" said Narin Jousuke as he held up his ticket he had gotten from a prize drawing at his school. "I get to be a hero! Hell yeah! This is the happiest day of my life!!"

"Man I'm jealous." Narin's friend, a sandy haired guy who wore a simple black t-shirt and denim shorts put an arm around Narin's shoulders. "Didn't we promise we'd get here together? Become heroes? But.. I guess I didn't catch up.."

"Aww.. come on Stoor." said Narin. "You'll get there.. there's another sweepstakes for a ticket to RB next year!"

"Yep, but even if I win, what's to guarantee that there will be any Hero DNA available." said Stoor. "Ahh.. don't worry about me.. go, have fun."

"What heroes do you think they have available?" Narin said, chuckling to himself. "What about Dynamo from 2017? He was a classic! Or Astro Man!"

"All of them buff with the power to fly and blast mountains to pieces!" said Stoor. "Damn Narin, you want to go overpowered? You've got to go with Overlord!"

"Hmmm.." Narin shook his head. "Not possible, Overlord was taken last week.."

"Wait.. WHAAAAT!?" said Stoor. "Come on! Of all the luck? Who became Overlord?"

"The usual rich kid being treated by his family." said Narin with a shrug. "Anyways, with that law in place where only one person can be one RB Identity at a time, even if they still had the Scans of Overlord's DNA in storage, they wouldn't let me use them until the current Overlord died.."

"Well.. maybe you can just wing it?" said Stoor. "Just tell em you want somebody that's really powerful.. and popular! Anyways, I can't wait to see what you look like.. go on!"

RB Inc. That was where they were now. the main lobby of the company was around 12 football stadiums large. It's ceiling was clear Ultraglass, a type of material strong enough to take a shot from a tank. beyond the ceiling.. the world's most massive aquarium surrounded the lobby as Humpback Whales swam by accompanied by schools of fish.

The inside of the lobby decorated with a cure luminescent floor that glowed with white light, and desks made of glass with floating touch screen holograms floating above them, each one with it's own secretary.

All around the lobby were large round platforms on which people stepped onto before being bathed in a white light and taken through a wormhole that teleported them around the company, which possessed absolutely no doors.
