Abhishek's POV:

This morning when I saw Prakruthi at breakfast my heart skipped  a beat. I was enchanted by her beauty. I fell for her very hard long back but now to bring her out of the misery and back to normal life is my goal. People only know that her marriage failed but the reasons behind it is still a mystery. Only Prakruthi can tell what exactly happened but she will never open her mouth willingly.

Bringing her to Bangalore without her consent is not right but we had no other choice. I think she is not aware of the fact that the resorts we are currently staying is in the outskirts of Bangalore(Bangaluru current name). I tried to keep her next to me. I will not let her go out of my sight. Last week I had to leave her and come here since it's important. Though I was in touch with her bodyguard who will always be in the background apart from me and uncle Rao no body knows about him.

Now I am on my way to meet Rao uncle to discuss what ever the private investigator has found out. We are meeting in a small restaurant near the resorts so that no one gets suspicious. This investigator looks like a business man wearing all formals not like any other private detectives they show in movies.

After settling in a corner booth we started our conversation. He handed us a thick file on the case. Sir the accident that happened few days back is not an accident, Jignesh(detective) told. So my guess is right then, any ways did you find why they wanted to hurt Prakruthi? I enquire. Actually their target was you Mr. Abhishek, he said. What ??? Both I and Rao uncle said in unison. All this while mr. Rao was very quite but he is worried now.

This means that Prakruthi madam is not the only target, but you too mr. Abhishek. This means they think you know their secrets too. I think this case is getting serious and complicated day by day. It also confirms that they are keeping tabs on her activities. After discussing for about an hour we dispersed.

Why would they want to hurt me is it just to frighten Prakruthi? So many un answered questions.

It's already four in the evening Haldi ceremony might have started. ( it's a small ritual the first one amongst the wedding rituals in Indian tradition, specially in northern region, for both groom and bride turmeric paste is applied, which is believed to be very auspicious). These women will never change what is the point in giving yellow as dress code I don't understand them at all. For every occasion there is a color code for them.

They made Arohi sit in the center and started applying turmeric paste, starting with elders one by one, which was brought from grooms side. Jai one of my cousin playfully applied on Shruthi, on watching the fun others too started playing by chasing each other which soon turned in a turmeric war. Until now I saw Prakruthi sitting in one of the chairs along with her parents but now she is not there, I saw her slowly walking past others, I tried reaching her pushing past the enjoying relatives.

Prakruthi I called a bit louder since she was about 15feet away. She turned and saw me then my hands she realized what I was about to do. I started to chase her and she was trying to escape from me. She suddenly stopped running and went stiff. I walked near and placed a hand on her shoulder, without looking at me she asked where are we in serious tone, I was confused, where means at my sister's wedding.
