"U-Uhm, could I share a room with Chanyeol? If he doesn't mind!" She adds the last part hurriedly, in case he doesn't want to share with her.
"Uh, yeah, sure!" Suho doesn't look like he expected her to pick him, but he calls Chanyeol out from where he went into his room a while ago.
When he breaks the news, Chanyeol looks a little bit worried, and tears start to form because she had to pick the person who doesn't want to room with her. She sniffles quietly, and almost immediately she's drawn back into someone's chest, and faces are swarming her vision to see if she's alright, Xiumin the most prominent.
Luckily for her, no tears escaped, and if they did, nobody seems to notice.
"I-It's okay, I can room with Yixi-" "No!" She looks up from where her eyes were trained on her shoes.
"I didn't say I didn't want you, did I? I'm just worried everyone who comes over will swarm my room because of the little cutie sleeping in there with me."
Her face feels hot, and the entire comment makes her want to vomit, so she says nothing.
Chanyeol strides over and pulls her out of someone's arms, instead wrapping his larger ones around her. She feels warm, and she hides her face in his bicep, hoping to hide her blush from his earlier comment.
"H-Have some common decency." She whispers, and somehow he hears.
"If I had any decency do you think I'd let you room with me?"
He doesn't lighten up, and when other people comment on the pink tint of her cheeks, she feels him growl a bit, and he starts dragging her to the direction of the bedrooms, presumably to his.
"C-Chanyeol!"
"Yah, how informal of you. It's oppa to you."
No way in hell.
"I d-don't think so."
"Well, I do."
She feels hands throw her into the bedroom, and she's thrown onto the bed. The door is closed, and suddenly hands are latched at her sides, and she yelps and pushes away from him, hands daintily touching her sides. She whimpers softly, her eyes are wide and she's torn between running up and hugging him and staying where she is because of her sides.
Chanyeol looks scared, like he hurt her, and he backs away from the bed. His eyes are open wide, mimicking her own, and his hand is shaking slightly.
He doesn't say anything, but as soon as he catches sight of the tears in her eyes, he leaves. He slams the door behind him, and there's yelling voices outside the door, calling for Chanyeol to return but he doesn't.
Nobody enters the room, like they're boycotting it, and the only time she hears anything outside the room is when she peeks her head outside the door, because she doesn't want to be alone and confined to the room anymore.
Four people are sitting on the couch, and from where she is she can't tell exactly who. She hears someone come up behind her, and place a hand on her shoulder.
It's Chen.
His face is somber and his cat-like features aren't scrawled into his signature smirk, but an uncharacteristic frown. Chen doesn't look good with a frown. He looses the boyish charm in his eyes and smirk.
He rubs small circles on her shoulder with his hand, trying to comfort her. It does no such thing. She only watches the figures on the couch converse quietly under the noise of the television. She doesn't understand how they can hear each other with such small voices but she doesn't really care about that right now.
She turns around and looks at Chen.
"W-W-Where is Xiumin?"
Chen points to a room with little decorations of soccer balls and a little "players sleep here" door handle and she giggles a little bit before going to find him in there. On her way there though, she stops to get pyjamas from Baekhyun and change into them. They're honestly not too big on her, but the shirt is a little big, so she uses an extra hair elastic to tie it.
She finds Xiumin on his laptop, invested in something and he jumps when she walks in.
"X-Xiumin? I think Chanyeol is angry at m-me.."
His eyes are sympathetic, and he lunges up from his computer desk immediately, wrapping his arms around her in a tight hug, rocking her back and forward slightly in a way that somehow calms her down, surprisingly.
"It's okay. Did you cry?"
She nods, even though it was a few tears, but she guesses that still counts somewhat.
Xiumin tuts, and he lets go of her and turns off his computer, and moves clothes from off the bed, offering her to lay down.
She does, after changing into her pyjamas, hesitantly. He covers her in soft blankets and she asks him quietly to wake her up when Chanyeol returns. He nods, and right before he goes to leave, he turns on a little light by the door, and the little object emits a spray.
It smells nice, and she snuggles further into the blankets, basking in the smell, ignoring Xiumin's excessive coughing.
