Damon's POV
I saw her.
She looked just like Katherine and in that moment I asked myself a question I never thought I would ask in a hundred years.
Are you in love with Elena Gilbert?
You can't love her you just met her.
I stared up at the ceiling as I laid in bed.
"Just give me a sign that maybe I'm in love it's someone else besides Katherine," I sigh to myself. Suddenly Katherine's picture burst into flames.
I stood up shocked and just stared at it and suddenly I didn't feel sorrow.
Elena's POV
I walked into school with my fingers interlocked with Stefan's. We seemed inseparable. When the bell rang and I tried to leave Stefan told me he needed me to look at his Science project.
We walked back to the lab when I heard a click as Stefan locked the door. I smiled and he returned it with a smirk. He ran towards me and his lips landed on mine....
