Before the practice started, half of the students were there already. Bettina Valdez, a small and skinny girl came looking for me just to lend her my iPod. Rica Abrenica, a good dancer gave me one bag of hard-shelled covered chocolate. Vincent Marcaida, a rich, millionaire boy came near begging from me for chocolate. Prime Foronda, A.K.A. Coconut husk sat beside me, playing in his iPad, a game. Bien Malubay, fat and funny guy who loves belching on someone’s face just went near me to tell me jokes (at least this part never made me bore). Bjorn Bulusan, lusty guy showed me his lock screen in his iPhone, which was the same person that Cess showed me a funny post, also did the same thing. Teacher Liezel, my math teacher also my adviser came to listen my poem on how I made it. Kind of awesome though.

It was about 9:30 and the practice started. The half of the class practiced (except me because of the poem competition). I was taking pictures of my friends, especially Bruce. Oh! That handsome guy!

“Stop the music.” Teacher Liezel told me.

I stopped it.

“Bruce and Kristina,” Teacher Liezel said.

The crowd had gone wild.

“Do you mind if I let you two to buy some food and drink for us, the whole classroom.” Teacher requested.

Oh yes! A moment with Bruce all by myself! I thought.

“Krisa, are you blushing?” Nicole asked.

“No! Well, maybe a little. But it’s not Bruce I’m thinking of!” I argued.

Jillian Ordonez, the captain ball of volleyball, Andrea Salazar, Jillian’s best friend that is sporty and Maxine Mananquil, a friend of mine, cousin of Bruce (I think I need to change Bruce to you-know-who-guy), an internet addict just entered the classroom.

“Sorry we’re late Teacher Liezel!” Jillian said.

Andrea slid next to Jillian. “We’re so sorry Teacher!”

Maxine went near Nicole. “Same. I have nothing to say. That’s why”

I made a faint smile to Maxine. Then I looked for you-know who-guy. He wasn’t there beside me!

Shoot! I lost him! Where could he b- I didn’t continue that thinking in my mind because someone grabbed my shoulder.

“Let’s go.” You-know-who-guy said.

“Ok” I said and went downstairs with him.

While we’re going down, we’re silent. I wanted to talk to him but he just won’t listen (seriously. I tried this before. I kept talking but he doesn’t listen).

He started talking “Hey, I was just wondering if, maybe we could be friends again, since we fought last year. You know what I mean?”

“Uh, ok.” I replied.

YES!!! Finally some time with him with no one with us. Oh gods, I, I, I really need to stop saying the expressions in Percy Jackson. I thought.

Bruce grabbed my arm. “Kristina.” He said.

“Yes?” I asked.

“I saw Karl one time and- He’s here!”

“What?”

“Karl’s here! But, we still need to buy those food and drinks.”

Well Karl, if you’re asking, he is my distant relative. He was my enemy in all years. Good thing that he’d gone seminary.

“Bruce, you’re here! Have you ever heard about the news in basket- Oh she’s here. Let’s not talk about that anymore.” Karl said and gave me a mean look.
