Chapter 25-

-Chelsea's P.O.V-

I was about to tell Samantha everything. It wasn't fair to keep it all from her. Walking towards her, I ignored Justin's frustrated look and sigh. He rubbed the back of his neck, facing both Samantha and I as we stood in front of each other.

Samantha looked surprised, but crossed her arms, not sure what I was about to say.

I looked down at my feet before meeting Sam's eyes. I took a deep breath and started. "Months ago, before I met Ian, Justin and I did hook up a couple of times. But they were small meaningless hook-ups, so we kept it a secret. No one knew...But Justin grew jealous and told Ian..."

Sam's mouth dropped a little, looking back and forth from me to Justin. Justin kicked his feet on the gravel, not wanting to look up.

"You guys never thought to mention this to me?!" She questioned.

"Well, no I kind of wanted to leave it in the past and forget about it, since I have Ian.." I played with my fingers, trying to find a distraction.

"Is that the only times you guys..." She pointed to each of us questionably.

Sighing, I explained it to her "Justin kissed me after my first date with Ian and after your party last week...that's why Ian has been a lot more protective...Ian and I had worked things out."

"Do you have anything to say Justin?" She turned to Justin with a glare.

He shook his head, looking up for the first time. "No...everything she said is true.." he huffed out, looking over to the side.

"Well, thanks guys for keeping secrets from your best friend. It means a lot that you FINALLY told me"  She said with sarcasm.

"I'm sorry, I never though much of it, it was just...I don't know small moments that didn't really mean anything.."

Now I was lying to myself. 5 months ago they meant everything to me, it was the only thing I had ever wanted. But  now I wanted to leave it where it belonged, in the past.

"Yea but hello! I'm your best friend, you're supposed to tell me anything and everything. Damn you guys, don't you trust me?"

"Yes, I do, that's why I decided to tell you now since Justin didn't want to say anything. I'm sorry"

She took a step back. "Yea okay...I think I'm going to have lunch inside, so you guys can continue making out behind my back" With that, she stomped away into the cafeteria.

"Ugh..." I groaned. "You really didn't have to tell her..." Justin watched as cars drove by.

"Yea I did, I felt guilty for not telling her, you don't?" I glared at him. "I-Yea I do. But I was afraid to tell her...any time we told her she would've been mad..you think she'll be mad for long?"

I bit my lip, "hmm..I'm not sure. I hope not." I wanted her to know, sure she'll be mad but hopefully she'll forgive us...I hope that telling her wasn't another mistake I made...It was worse not telling her.

"Yea, uhm I don't think we should have lunch. Maybe we should just give this some time" Justin nodded.

I turned to walk away when he stopped me. "Wait..." I turned around seeing his eyes, hurt.

"I'm just...really sorry. I've really fucked up but the only thing I can say is I'm sorry. And thank you. Even though I've fucked up so many times, you still stayed my friend. Our friendship means a lot to me and I'll do anything to make up for everything I've done." He really meant it this time.
