I asked around the town, they told me that there was only one hotel in town. I sighed as I waked to the hotel. I assume that we were deciding to stay in town a day more or so, to make sure no more demons come. I can't deny it, I was worried, for Natsu, Zeref and myself. I don't want Natsu to be in any danger, I trust Zeref to protect the book. So while he protects the book, I'll protect his figure. (No readers, bad, not that way.) I walked into the hotel and went up to the front desk, seeing a man at the front desk with his face directed downwards towards his papers.
"Excuse me?" I asked him, tilting my head to the right by a inch. He tilted his head up to face me.
"Yes?" He asked, focusing on me.
"Did any Fairy Tail mages rent an apartment here?" I asked politely.
"Yes they did. Why?"
"Can you tell me their room number and floor?" He raised an eyebrow at me, practically asking 'Why?'. I sighed, "I'm part of their group, told them I'd catch up later, now what room and floor are they at?" I lost my patience, loosing my politeness.
"Floor three, room number seven." He focused back on his paperwork.
"Thank you!" I walked over to the elevator and clicked the 'up' button. I watched as the numbers counted down, 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1. The elevator opened and I walked in, turning to the floor choices. I clicked the button '3', then the elevator doors closed, as it closed I heard quiet talking behind me, I assume the man was on a phone call. The elevator started to rise but stopped at floor two. It didn't go up or down, the doors didn't open either. I tilted my head in confusion, till I realized, it's a trap. I rose my hands to clap them but hands shot out from the back of the elevator, each grabbed ahold of my arm, opposite side's of each other, I couldn't use my demon magic, I can't reach my keys, I'm hopeless! The hands pulled me to the back of the elevator, three more came out, two keeping my legs together and the last wrapping around my waist, keeping me against the wall. "Damn-it!" I cursed, why did I ever use the elevator in the first place?! The door then opened, revealing a group of men, all in the same uniform, the uniform of the magic council. "Let me go!" I yelled at them, knowing it wouldn't help much, I just tried causing a ruckus to try and make Natsu hear me with his enhanced dragon senses, if they were even in this horrid place.
"Lucy Heartfilia, you are under arrest of the magic council." The first spoke.
"And why the hell is that?" I yelled out, intentionally being loud. Come on Natsu, just this once, please.
"We have reason to believe that you are the holder of the E.N.D book, or rather had it." He said again.
"I don't have the damn book! Master already told me it was burnt!" I tried to reason with them.
"And we checked the security cameras. Seconds before the book was burnt, someone jumped in and switched the books, it was a decoy." He explained. "Now you are coming with us."
I scoffed, "Like hell." I shot him a glare, unintentionally having my lips curved into a side-smirk. I'm thrilled I gave all the evidence to the one person they'll never find. "You're not going to find anything about the book with me."
He raised an eyebrow, "Oh really?" He looked back at two of his small army of men. "Check her bags." I really hope this will work, I hit the palm of my hand against the wall of the elevator.
"Copy: Natsu: dragon senses." I whispered.
"And take her keys." He whispered to the same man. It would have been not audible to anyone with regular hearing, I sighed knowing I can still use my demon magic. I watched as the two men came over to me, one looked inside my bag, shuffling through some of my things, such as, money, passes to the bus, paintings from Revus, and fish, for... Happy... yeah that wasn't a hard guess. The other man went over to me and unclipped my keys from the loop of my belt. I struggled against the grip of the iron wall/hands holding me back.
"Give those back!" I yelled, just because I don't use them as much, doesn't mean I don't still love them. He ignored me and walked back to his master.
"I don't see anything in here." The man searching my bag spoke. The leader went over to my bag and grabbed it, then grabbed the keys from his other man. Then he walked to me.
"Go back to the council, I'll deal with her." They all nodded, running off. "Now speak, where is the book."
I glared at him, "Go to hell." He glared back, closing the elevator doors.
"Don't test me." Anger coated his voice.
"No, use this, don't test me. If you so much as try I will rip your tiny head off your puny little shoulders." I growled.
He put my bag down and eyed my keys, "Now what do you think would happen if we, oh I don't know, break these keys." My eyes widened.
"You wouldn't dare."
"Oh I dare, don't test me Heartfilia."
"I don't have the book!" I growled.
"Stop lying!" He yelled, "We all know you have it!" He positioned his hand to break the key. I hit my hand on the metal.
While thinking of my keys I whispered, "Celestial Barrier." Blocking him from breaking the keys. I hit my hand again. "Now I suggest you release me, if you deny, I will blow this entire establishment to smithereens." I threatened.
"Oh now that's never going to happen." His glare turned to a grin as everything turned black.

How was that?
