My eyes didn't open, but I could hear the talking around me.
"I knew it was too hard of a job for just one person." A man sighed. "She's so young, probably going to die." He sighed again, "We're going to have to get someone else to help us."
"No! She's strong! She beat the guardian and I watched her do it!" A boy pestered.
"Jonathon..." A woman's voice soothed.
The man sighed, "We'll take care of her until she gets better."
"So she's not going to die?" The boy asked.
The man hesitated before responding, "No. But whatever happens, her foot will be forever disabled."
-----

My eyes opened to a clear white ceiling above me. Feeling something wet on my head, I reached up to feel it, a wet towel.
"What happened?" I asked myself.
"Miss are you okay?" I slightly turned my head to the little brown haired boy from before.
"I'm fine." I responded. "What happened?"
"After your spell ended that pink haired boy collapsed, the boy disappeared and same with the girl who made that wool shield. You passed out, the maid girl tried to run to you but she faded into the air." He explained. "My mom... she came looking for me and helped me get you here."
"Thanks!" I grinned.
He grinned back, "You're a really cool wizard! What kind of wizard are you miss?"
"I'm a Celestial Spirit Mage, I can summon spirits from another world to help me. I also use Celestial Demon magic." I responded, "And my name's Lucy, so you don't have to call me 'miss'."
"My name's Jonathan!" He replied, "Are you from a guild?"
"Yeah, Fairy Tail." I said, sitting up from the bed, the towel slipping off my head and into my lap.
"The strongest guild!" He awed. "I've always wanted to be apart of them! What's it like?"
I laughed, "Very, chaotic." I replied, "our members play fight a lot, we kind of have to re-build the guild a lot." He laughed as well.
"How do you become a member?"
"Well if you have magic you can join. It's not very hard."
"Really? No test?"
"Nope." I replied. Then I remembered how I was supposed to be at the guild, "How long was I asleep?"
"A week." He replied.
"A week!?" I panicked, tugging at my hair.
"Lucy-San calm down! You can pass out if you put too much stress on yourself!" Everything began to blacken as I fell back onto the bed, the grips on my head fading. "MOM!"
----------

My eyes opened once more. I pushed my body into a sitting position before realizing that one of my feet was in a cast.
"Celestial Healing." I said hovering my hands over my foot. I then started to push myself off the bed. My foot was hard to move, even when healed completely. It felt numb, I was barely able to move the foot in general. I leaned against the wall and started to walk against it. I opened the door and walked out of the room. This was the mayors home. The one I got the information from.
"Jonathon can you check on her?" A woman asked from downstairs.
"Sure!" Chirped a boy, Jonathan, I walked down the stairs before he went up them.
"Lucy-San!" He gasped when he saw me.
"What is it?" I asked him.
"Your foot!" He said, "My mom said you wouldn't be able to walk again."
"Healing magic, I just need to recover for a day, I should be better by then." I replied, still leaning against the wall. A woman walked out of a room, eyes wide and mouth agape when she saw me. She had long brown hair and blue eyes.
"You shouldn't be walking..."
"I'm fine miss." I said with a smile, "Thank you for your help!" She gave off a small smile.
"Stay with us until you're recovered." I looked at her in shock but then smiled.
"Okay."
"Jonathan can you fetch the paper?" She asked the boy. He nodded and ran out of the house, coming back in with the newspaper. He handed it to his mother. She walked back into the other room.
"Wanna' go outside?" He asked me.
I nodded, smiling slightly, "Sure." We walked outside and started to walk around the town.
---------
I had stayed at the town for a week. I plained to leave today since my foot was healed completely.
"Hey Lucy, the Grand Magic Games are coming up. Are you participating?"
"Wait they are?" I asked in shock.
"Yeah, they're in a week." She responded.
"I'm going to have to go then." I said
"Aww Lucy-nee-san, you're leaving?" Jonathan pouted. I patted his head,
"I'll visit." I said to him, "Bye!" I waved them goodbye before leaving the house and heading to the train station. I just healed but I don't care. "Copy: Erza: Flight Armor." My outfit changed into the cheeta armor, with speed I ran back to Magnolia, panting. "Copy: Erza: Flight Armor: End." My outfit changed back as I sighed. When I reached the outer part of the guild, every thing was quiet, no noise. That's not a good sign. I pushed the doors open and saw everyone in the guild besides Natsu, they were all depressed.
"Lushie!" Happy yelled hugging me.
"Hey Happy." I said
"Lucy!" Practically everyone yelled, pulling me into a group hug.
"What happened to you?" Erza yelled worried.
"I was on a job?" I responded.
"A two week job!" She yelled.
"It may have been an S-Class job." I responded lightly.
"S-Class!" Almost everyone was supposed I completed it.
"S-Classes don't take that long!" Mira said.
"Well I completed it first day but I stayed two weeks." I responded.
"Why! We were worried as hell without you!" Gray yelled.
"I hurt my foot! There! Happy!" I yelled back. My foot was still wrapped in bandages but at least I could walk. "Where's Natsu?" I asked. Everyone became sad again.
"Hours after you disappeared... Natsu-San was screaming in pain. He passed out." Wendy responded. I became filled with guilt. That fake wasn't lying, Natsu could feel the pain I hit him with.
"Is he okay?" I asked her.
"He's in a coma." She responded sadly. I pushed passed everyone and up the stairs of the guild hall, to the infirmary. I pushed open the door, seeing Natsu with the equipment hocked up to him. This was my fault. Tears fell from my eyes as I saw him like that. It's my fault not his. Why did he have to get hurt?
