Dark Pit x Angel Child Reader part 1

Before you decide to murder me cuz I made this sad-ish oneshot up in my head thinking of the song My Immortal (Evanescense), it's actually happier than what the song really is. Again, please don't hate me if Dark Pit is your senpai/wifu/crush/(whatever else you call him) and I made you upset with this! It will really get better for both of you, so please read!

Dark Pit's POV

  "Pittoo!!!!! Come on! (Y/n) would hate herself if she saw you like this! It's been 3 years!" Pit banged on my locked door along with Palutena. They just don't understand... "Dark Pit, please come out! You have to come out at some point other than buying food and other necessary stuff!" Palutena added to see if she could convince me to come out. "I'm not leaving the room. Besides, it still hasn't been 3 years. Tomorrow's it will be 3 years since (y/n) hung herself." The day I lost my little sister because some bastard kids decided to make her feel bad about herself. I sighed, not really wanting to remember when Villager found her and ran around panicked and telling everyone to check her special tree in the mansion's garden. I turned up the volume of my iPod until I drowned out Pit and Palutena's calls from behind the door. The song Kimi no Taion (Your Body's Warmth) was playing. To make things worse, it was (y/n)'s cover of the song. I smirked for the first time in nearly 3 years knowing that I can get out tonight.

~Skip to that night~

I made sure no one was around the garden before I went out the window. Robin was going to drop a rope lather from his room so I could get down without a scratch so I made my way carefully to his window avoiding Pit's window which was fully lit. Robin quickly dropped the lather so I could use it and when I got to the garden, he pulled it up quickly. I silently thanked him from the garden as I made my way to (y/n)'s hanging tree. I saw the spot where the (favorite flower/flowers) refused to grow. I laid my sleeping bag on the spot and grabbed the rope. I made a hangman's rope and hung it from the branch (y/n) hung hers. I'm not planning on hanging myself, I'm leaving it there so no one dares forget (y/n). I got inside my sleeping bag and as I fell asleep, I whispered: "I miss you, (y/n). And I kinda hope you miss me too..."

Your POV

You snuggled closer to something fluffy that night. All you knew is that the fluffy thing was a pair of black-feathered wings. Something about them was familiar, but then again, you're 5. All you knew at that moment is that the fluffy pair of wings made you feel safe. You would never guess that a certain angel would receive the best surprise ever.

Back with Darky's POV

It was really damn early. Like 5:00 am and something started to snuggle against my wings. I woke up and turned around to see... My precious (y/n). At this point I was fully awake and shocked beyond belief. She... Came back to me... I got out of the sleeping bag and took her back inside. In the hall I saw someone and was about to go the long way when... "Dark Pit! Do you need help there?" "Uh... No Hylissa. Wait! Actually, yes. Are you the only one awake?" I was hoping the neko-angel would help me sneak back in. "Yep! Oh, shit, no!Pit's awake and he's freaking out cuz he asked me to pick the  lock to your room and you weren't there." "Shit! Could you help me sneak in before (y/n) wakes up?" She looked surprised for a second and understood everything quickly. "Yep! This way!" I followed Hylissa and she distracted Pit when she ran into him. Good thing my room was in the hall before the corner she found Pit in. I laid (y/n) on my bed when she started to stir. "Dark... It's not a school day... I wanna sleep!" "Don't worry. I'm not gonna take you there today. No one will actually." At this, she sat up quickly and stared at me with wide eyes. "B-but...! I- the rope- what!?" I just hugged her close while she tried to figure out what happened. "It's been to long, (nickname)..." She looked curious. "How long is too long?" I pointed at the calendar and she saw the mark that made it 3 years since she hung herself. "No way... It was only yesterday... Right?" "Nope. But still, welcome back angel." She looked behind her to see (color) wings. "Should I be surprised?" I laughed and changed the subject to something I know she'll love. "Do you want to join me in pranking Pit?" "YES!!! It could be the fake hanging trick that you use a belt or something under your clothe and hook the knot on the mechanism..." Yep, things will definitely get interesting.

See, I'm not gonna end this on a sour note here. So anyway, what prank are you planning with Dark Pit? You'll have to wait a bit to find out! Thanks if you got this far! I know my writing kinda sucks, but they tell me it's good for a first book. Idk, I might update part 2 for this soon, or forget for a while and write it a bunch of one shots later. Either way, it'll come. Also, school has me doing a bunch of things at a time so I'll try to update more during weekends. BTW, heads up cuz next chapter might be male Robin x reader and we'll see what I come up with. All that's left to say is hasta la pasta, stay awesomer than Prussia, and (1,000 word mark) I'm out!
