So, uh... I need help. Please read!!!!

I'm writing a new story. It's going to be a Pokémon story and I need to know a few things.
* What country should the region be based on?
Don't want to upset anyone and thanks to my sister, I decided to ask you guys. That and it makes looking for ideas from maps and pictures easier. You could tell me this one in the comments.
* If you want to be in the story as a gym leader...
Calling all those who wish they were gym leaders, I might include you in the story! If you want to be a part of the story as a gym leader, please tell me what your gym would be like, your story (where are you from and if you met anyone in the anime/manga or someone else on Wattpad), your personality, your team, when would trainers be able to challenge you (3rd gym to 8th gym. 1st and 2nd are already made.), what kind of town would you be in, would trainers be able to challenge you to Pokémon battles more than once, what would you say before and after the battle, would you use mega evolutions?(5-8), what would your badge be like, what would you look like, and what Pokémon type will you choose. I know it's a lot, but if you want to join as a gym leader, please tell me! I promise I won't laugh if you think it's embarrassing! Just send me a private message with the info for your gym. If I don't pic yours, don't be upset! You might make it in like an extra gym. Kinda how Unova had Cheren, Marlon, and Roxie.
Note: it's optional to tell me your strategy for your team each time if you want to be re-challenged
* If you want to be a member of the Elite Four...
You could also be in the story as a member of the Elite Four. My sister already asked if she could be the Champion, so that's covered. I still need 3 (maybe also the fourth) Elite Four members. You only have to tell me what your zone would be like, your team, what would you look like, your personality, would you use mega evolutions?, and what you say before and after battle. The strategy thing here is also optional and I won't really need an order since I'll try to make it like in Kalos and Unova where you chose the order you fought against the Elite Four. Like I said in the last bit, I really promise I won't laugh. You can send me a private message with the info if you'd like to be a member of the Elite Four.
*If you want to be the Rival...
(Sorry if I misspell any of the past rival's names) Gary was an ass, Blue was another ass, Silver was cool, Barry was nice, Hugh had a huge heart, Cheren was awesome, Bianca was fun, so was Shauna, and Calem was kinda cool. Would you like to be the rival? X and Y gaves us four rivals, two which I didn't mention(sorry 'bout that). All you'd have to tell me is what 5 other Pokémon do you want in your team(please don't include any of the original starters, you'll see how battles will go in the story), your personality, what you would look like, how many times would your rival challenge you(or vice versa), and a strategy for each of the starters as if you chose the stronger one compared to your rival's. The strategy bit is mostly optional, but I'll use your strategy if you want me to. Again, I won't laugh and you can send me the info in a private message.

I really need your help to make this book! I'll even make sure to mention all those who wanted to help and didn't get chosen in some way! So really, I would really appreciate it if any of you wanted to help.
