Link x sick child reader

Yup... This randomly came to mind...

Normal POV

It was a beautiful spring day. The sun shined brightly, your older brother's Loftwing was snoring loudly (just for laughs, luv ya Lofty), and you were... Sick. Your brother told you: "Don't stay out too long in the rain. I don't want you to get sick (y/n)." So, like the totally awesome little sister you are, what did you do? Ignored what Link said because that's how you roll. Now you face the consequences. No fun in the sun, no adventuring with Link (at least today), and no talking with Link's friends. "Why do you do this? I didn't want to see you stuck inside all day." You had a pretty high fever and it felt like the outside world was mocking you. "I'm sorry Link. I just wanted to have fun. I'll never do it again!" He sighed and walked out of the kitchen with food. "Don't worry next time I'll just bring you inside whenever you're about to spend too much time rain. At least this way you can still have fun." He sat next to you on the couch and put the plate of (fave food) on the coffee table. "Thank you big brother!" He smiled a bit and pulled out a few entertainment options to make you feel better. "Okay. You can choose to watch a movie with me or to watch and help me with a video game while you eat." You stopped to think. "Can we watch (fav. movie) again?" Link groaned and tried to convince you. "Are you sure? I've got a new game you-" "Okay! Let's play your new game!" He quietly sighed in relief from escaping one of the movies you saw trillions of times. He grabbed a new copy of The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess and plugged in the Wii U. Before you could ask anything you saw the Wolf Link and Midna Amiibo. You instantly knew you would enjoy this gamer's day in.

♪3 hour time skip because I haven't played the HD vers. yet

3 hours into the game, and you were helping like a pro. The trick was that you had your brother's laptop on Zelda Dungeon and if Link screwed up, you guide him back to a place or tell him the strategy to beat enemies or even tell him where and how to get certain items and pieces of heart. Having an awesome older brother like Link meant that if he had a new game, he would let you play it the same day. After he played for a while, of course. He stopped and gave you medicine at some point cuz he's the responsible one out of the 2 of you. You drank it quickly while glaring at him for remembering the fact that you were sick. After a while, you decided you were playing Mario Kart Double Dash as a team. Let's just say that you spent the day adventuring and racing with your bro the anyway. And that he had a hard time getting you to finally fall asleep.
