Justin

It's been a week since Selena told me that she was pregnant. Every time I sat down to try and finish up the album I couldn't. All I could think about was our little baby. I can't even believe I'm going to be a dad. I know it must've been hard for her to find the courage to tell me but I love her endlessly. I have my dream girl and now she is carrying my little angel. I found myself deep in thought spinning in the chair I was in. Selena was so kind to let me finish the album in her home studio. I was basically living in her home, my place just didn't feel as homey as hers did. 

"Justin, what are you doing I thought you were writing babe?" She said.

I jumped a little by her entrance but stopped spinning in my chair.

"Well, I was but I couldn't think so I think maybe taking a break with you would help," I said scooting closer to her.

I looked down at her and saw her smiling so big. Aw did I just make her blush?

"Selena, are you blushing?" I said poking her cheek.

"What the! no!" She said smiling even bigger.

"Yeah, you are!" I said laughing

"Fine! Yes, I am your little comment just made me blush, sheesh." She said.

While in the middle of watching whatever was on t.v. my phone rang. I slowly let go of Selena and got up going into the kitchen. I looked at the number and saw it was my mom.

"Mom?" I said in a whisper.

"Justin! Oh my god, Justin. Some-something happened to Jaxon." She said.

"Mom, what happened?" I said now worried.

"Your father, He-He came to pick Jaxon up, and the-the-then they both got in a car accident. I haven't heard any news but it doesn't look well Justin." She said sounding as if she was about to cry.

"We'll be right there." I said hanging up and running to Sel.

A car crash? Jaxon. My dad. Not looking to good? I have to get us back to Canada.

"Babe we got to go!" I said running to get Selena some pants and her shoes.

Once I got them she quickly put them on and I helped her into the car and drove off to the airport. 

"Justin what happened?" She said.

breathe Justin. Breathe. It's okay. Get there safely.

"Jaxon and my dad got into a car accident," I said.

"Oh, my god." She said speechless.

"I know, my mom said that she hasn't heard anything yet." I said with a little crack in my voice.

"It will be alright Justin, Don't worry babe." She caressed my hand that was off the steering wheel.

I sighed before nodding. Just her soft hand made me calm down. I don't know how Selena does it but I am glad she is here with me. 

I drove as fast as I could to the airport getting us the fastest tickets we could to Ontario. I got news from my mom that they were both at the same hospital I was born at. What a crazy thing right? 

I felt as if I blacked out going through security. I panicked that I didn't even let Selena bring any small necessities. I guess this gives her an excuse to shop. But we did pass by fast and were able to board in time with no cancelations. The whole plane ride I couldn't stop and think about my family. I feel as if it's all bad luck. I'm doing good with Selena and now my family is suffering. I guess I can never catch a break.
