It's been a week since I left Canada and Justin is coming back to LA. I was currently in my backyard on a tree just looking at the sky thinking about random things with Jayson.

"Is your boyfriend going to bring me a present," Jay said out of nowhere.

"What? Jay you got a boatload of presents for Christmas," I said looking at his little dangling feet.

"I know but do you think he will," He said looking up at me.

"Of course, but if not that's okay," I said putting my hand in jay's hair.

"Well can I ask you a question, "He said looking up in the sky.

"Yes you can ask me anything," I said looking up as well in the sky.

"Do you remember Smith?" He spoke.

I paused looking down at the ground. You see I used to have a brother named Smith but about 2 years ago he was killed in a car crash. It was the worst thing that ever happened. He died of a drunk driver while he was coming to my first show in Chicago. Jay was about 3-4 years old so of course he remembered very little of him. I looked down at him and sighed pulling him closer to me.

"Yes, of course, I do. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about him," I said holding his hand.

"Well, why isn't he here?" He asked so curious.

"Well, Jay some people forget to not drive when they drink too much,"

Jason looked at me funny.

"Drink too much what?"

"Too much uh,"I said looking around the grass floor.

"Too much soda?" He asked.

"Yeah! Um, some people forget to not drink too much...soda when they are driving, and well when someone who drinks too much...soda while driving is very bad. They don't focus on the road and end up crashing into someone. Just as a driver did to Smith," I said with my eyes getting watery.

"Don't cry Sel," He said giving me a hug.

"Thank you, Jay, but it's just I miss Smith and-" I was interrupted by a voice behind us.

"Jason? Selena?"

I turned around and saw Justin. I was about to jump off but slipped from the branch falling on my back. But to make things worse Jayson had dropped down on me, rolling over.

"I'm okay!" Jayson said.

I look up to see Justin and Jason around me.

"That was smooth," Justin said laying next to me.

"I know right and what the hell I missed you," I said giving him a hug.

"I missed you too baby," He said kissing my lips.

"Eww! You guys kissed! Coodies," Jayson says running inside.

I laugh into the kiss and let go. I stared at him smiling.

"What?" He says blushing.

"I don't know I guess I'm happy to see you," I said.

"Me too," He said looking up into the sky

That's how we spent the rest of the day and night and I'm pretty sure we had slept outside.

"Fucking mosquitos," was Justin's last words before I had fallen fast asleep.
