Sasha's P.O.V
Me and light have been waiting for the announcement of where we were going. After awhile longer we were called to get in roll call lines. They called out our number and we were hurried off with Nazi's at our side.
"Run! Non stop. Slackers will be shot. Move! Move! Move!"
Suddenly we begun running in a group. Me and Light ran side by side with the group. We were surrounded by older men/ women. I kept running then I noticed we running out the camp, were we being set free?
Then we kept running farther.
"Where are we running to?"
"Another camp," mumbled a man.
How far was this other camp? Then it was soon answered...it was to far.
.................
It felt like we've been running for hours and we probably did. Little by little people slowed down and then we heard a pow. My stomach hurt with my sore legs. I noticed Light look fine,
"Are you feeling alright," I asked.
"Just a little sore."
I wounder if him before he came here liked running.
"Do you remember anything about running?"
He didn't answer but seemed like he was concentrating.
"Yeah...yeah I do remember running alot."
He smiled,
"I remembered running everyday in the morning," he smiled even more.
I smiled. That's good he remembered something he enjoyed doing yet I don't like running as much as he does.
It was getting dark real quick and we've been non stop running. It started to pour a bit and we were still forced to run. Then it would soon end when we saw light. Another camp,
we we're at Lubeck. We stopped in the camp and I was so tired. I gasp for air and walked over to the bunks. Even though we had to run so far at the end I laid in the bunker and Light joined me,
"I'm hungry," I sighed.
"Me too, yet we'll have to wait."
I nodded and laid down. He stared out into the darkness and hugged his arm,
"Something wrong."
"No I'm just getting some weird feelings. Like I want to run into the darkness but it looks scary."
"Do you always get stuff like this?"
"At times yes, sometimes I'll wake up remembering little bits about me, sometimes there scary."
I looked at him to see him gripping onto his arm.
"Sometimes I don't understand but I want to."
Tears streamed down his cheek,
"I just want to know who I was before," he cried.
I hugged him,
"It's alright Light. You'll remember just stay patient."
"Or just forget about your old self," said a voice.
A man that's been watching us sat up.
"Do you know something about me."
"Some what but it's rather you forget about it, you won't understand."
Light grabbed the mans shirt.
"Tell me! Please I must know."
The man looked down at him tired and shook his head and put his hand on his shoulder.
"No. No, you'll just regret it."
Before Light could plead for the man to tell him more we heard a loud thud at the door. A solider stood there,
"Get to bed now!"
I hurried to my bunk and so did Light. He kept walking on and I stared up. I wounder why the man can't just tell him.
